You will lead efforts to deliver critical capabilities such as SSO, SCIM, and identity federation across all OpenAI products, enabling enterprises to securely manage users, data, and access in complex organizational environments. This role requires close collaboration with engineering, security, GTM, and customer-facing teams to ensure our identity systems meet the needs of organizations ranging from high-growth startups to the world’s largest enterprises. Your work will directly enable safe, large-scale enterprise adoption of frontier AI. This position is based in San Francisco, CA, with relocation assistance available.
