Position Summary The Inventory Control Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of non-exempt employees in CVS Health’s distribution facility. In this role, you will direct workflow for warehouse employees and lead their team to meet and exceed daily targets. You will manage day to day work operations, evaluate work performance, and assist manager in total leadership and operations with initiative, leadership, and continuous improvement thinking. Primary Responsibilities Hiring, on-boarding, training, scheduling, and assigning work to all colleagues reporting to this role Maintain a high level of performance for Inventory control, slotting, cycle counting, root cause analysis, Golden Zone as per CVS’s IC, Quality and Compliance standards Manage and sustain a high level of standards through 5S, lean and cleanliness across the DC using CVS SOP and protocols Promotes, reinforces and holds all colleagues accountable for safety, security, awareness and compliance Executes daily activities and operational plans in compliance with all SOP’s, Processes and strategies to enhance the culture of excellence and innovation across the enterprise while meeting daily targets.
