Team description At Datadog, AI agents are becoming first-class consumers of observability, security, and software delivery data — from third-party coding agents like Claude Code, Cursor, and Copilot, to our own Bits SRE, Bits Assistant, and Bits Dev Agent. The Agentic Interfaces team owns the platform that connects these agents to Datadog: the MCP Server, the tools and retrieval surfaces agents call into, and — critically — the evaluation systems that tell us whether an agent's experience on Datadog data is actually getting better over time. This role is about that last piece. We're hiring a Staff Applied Scientist to define what "good" means for an Agentic interface at Datadog and to build the measurement systems that make it true. "Good" isn't one number — it spans answer quality, tool-selection accuracy, retrieval relevance, latency, token cost, and end-to-end agent success on real customer workflows. You'll design the evals, build the datasets, define the metrics, and partner with the AI engineers on the team to land the platform that lets every product group at Datadog ship integrations that are demonstrably better release over release. The space is full of open research questions. How do you evaluate an agent end-to-end when the trajectory is non-deterministic? How do you score tool selection when the tool catalog has hundreds of entries and grows weekly? How do you build a measurement system that catches regressions across first-party and third-party agents at once, without each team writing their own harness? If those are the problems you want to spend your time on, come build this with us. Datadog values people from all walks of life. We understand not everyone will meet all the above qualifications on day one. That's okay. If you’re passionate about technology and want to grow your skills, we encourage you to apply. What You’ll Do: Own the evaluation strategy for Datadog's AI agent integrations. Define the metrics — offline and online, quali

Airbnb was born in 2007 when two hosts welcomed three guests to their San Francisco home, and has since grown to over 5 million hosts who have welcomed over 2 billion guest arrivals in almost every country across the globe. Every day, hosts offer unique stays and experiences that make it possible for guests to connect with communities in a more authentic way. The Community You Will Join: Our Product Managers imagine the ideal experience for our community and work backwards, creating innovative products that delight our guests and hosts. They deeply understand the needs of our users and our business, and translate these into a strategy that combines strong product thinking and deep research. They partner with talented cross-functional team members across engineering, design, operations, data science, and more, leading teams to execute a shared vision. They are incredibly detail-oriented and hands on. The Difference You Will Make: As Product Manager for Identity, you will help set the strategy and drive execution of mission-critical identity verification systems and experiences. Airbnb is special in that it’s a platform that brings people together. You’ll shape how we build trust between guests and hosts on Airbnb and beyond, and build an identity platform that will enable all the different ways we want our guests and hosts to interact on Airbnb now and into the future—and in the process, help create the most trusted community of travelers in the world. A Typical Day: Define and drive the roadmap for Identity on Airbnb — including mission-critical identity verification technologies and flows, new identity-related features, and extending the value of a verified identity beyond the immediate Airbnb platform. Make prioritization calls that balance multiple competing objectives: trust, guest experience, booking success, and overall marketplace health. Partner with design, engineering, and policy teams to collaboratively drive execution of the roadmap you
About the Team OpenAI's mission is to ensure that AGI benefits all of humanity. The Business Systems team helps make that mission possible by building the internal products and platforms that allow OpenAI to operate with speed, reliability, and care. We build internal applications and workflows for Finance and Supply Chain. Our work spans product discovery, React and TypeScript interfaces, Python services and APIs, data models, workflow orchestration, enterprise integrations, and the systems that connect people to systems of record. We work directly with the people who use these products and care about correctness, permissions, auditability, and production reliability. Examples of our work include building an integration platform for supply chain integrations, integrations with Oracle Fusion and Zip, contract intelligence applied to B2B revenue recognition, and Temporal-based agentic workflows for credit checks, duplicate bank detection, and invoice triaging. We turn these efforts into reusable patterns that can support many workflows, rather than one-off automations. About the Role We are looking for Product Engineers to build internal applications end to end. This role spans product discovery, user experience, frontend, backend services, data models, workflow orchestration, and integrations with order management, fulfillment, and supply chain systems. You will take a problem from a first conversation with a Finance or Supply Chain partner through design, implementation, rollout, and production support. Strong candidates combine product judgment with engineering depth. You should be comfortable moving between a React interface, a Python API, a durable workflow, and an integration with an enterprise system. You should be able to ship a useful first version quickly while building the foundations for reuse, security, and long-term maintainability. Direct AI experience is helpful, but the core requirement is strong product engineering judgment and reliable execution. I
