About the Role As a Product Operations partner for Ramp Bill Pay, you will help build and scale the workflows that enable customers to manage accounts payable with speed, accuracy, and control. You will reduce customer friction across the bill pay lifecycle — from vendor setup and approvals to payments, reconciliation, and exception handling — while shaping product quality through data, customer feedback, and tight partnership with customer-facing internal teams.
