The scope includes high-priority initiatives as well as interoperability and provider-data integrations that span CenterWell and Humana Insurance. As Lead Solution Architect, you'll be the senior individual contributor on a team with broad accountability across CenterWell's dispensing pharmacy portfolio — mail order, specialty, retail, and associated platforms. You'll own the architectural vision for complex, multi-system initiatives, shape how technology decisions get made, and act as a connective force between business strategy, engineering execution, and enterprise standards. You will operate within CenterWell IT – Cross-CenterWell Architecture. You will collaborate with product, engineering, EA Activation, security, data, and operations.
