Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary executor of day-to-day ad hoc email, text message and push notification campaigns for product launches, promotions, and retargeting. Responsible for template setup, segmentation, QA, and deployment while adhering to brand style guide and channel best practices. Assist in building and maintaining the monthly retention marketing campaign calendar, ensuring alignment across email, SMS and push channels. Partner with the ecommerce planning team to understand product and promotional forecasts, using those insights to adjust the campaign calendar and prioritize messaging focus accordingly. Contribute to email, text messaging and push marketing strategies that convey overall marketing messages clearly and in the proper tone to customers and prospective customers.
