About the Team OpenAI's Strategic Sourcing team helps the company scale responsibly, efficiently, and at speed. We partner with leaders across Engineering, Research, IT, Systems, Finance, Legal, and other teams to shape commercial strategies, negotiate critical agreements, and build resilient supplier ecosystems. Our work connects technical strategy, commercial judgment, financial discipline, and execution in support of OpenAI's mission. About the Role OpenAI is seeking a Strategic Technology Negotiations Lead to personally lead some of the company's most complex and consequential technology negotiations. This is not a people manager role. It is a senior strategic IC operator role for an expert negotiator who wants to remain close to the work and personally drive high-impact outcomes. We are especially interested in leaders who have managed teams and are intentionally seeking an individual contributor role where their impact comes through judgment, influence, and direct ownership. Rather than owning a fixed category, you will be deployed against high-priority opportunities where deal complexity, commercial stakes, executive visibility, or time pressure require exceptional negotiation leadership. Your initial focus will include data platforms and infrastructure, including data lake and lakehouse technologies, observability, and enterprise SaaS, with flexibility to work across other strategic technology areas. You will lead negotiations from strategy through execution, aligning decision-makers and driving agreements to closure. Many of these negotiations exist within broader supplier and partner ecosystems. You will look beyond the immediate transaction to account for interconnected cost, equity, revenue, partnership, risk, and long-term strategic implications. Success requires strong economics, sound judgment under pressure, executive credibility, and the ability to bring stakeholders with you through difficult decisions. About the team The Intelligence and Investigations team seeks to rapidly identify and mitigate abuse and strategic risks to ensure a safe online ecosystem in close collaboration with our internal and external partners. Our efforts contribute to OpenAI's overarching goal of developing AI that benefits humanity. This role focuses specifically on AI Safety: understanding and mitigating risks created or amplified by increasingly capable AI systems. It is not a cybersecurity, information security, or corporate security role. The Strategic Intelligence & Analysis (SIA) team provides safety intelligence for OpenAI’s products by monitoring, analyzing, and forecasting real-world abuse, geopolitical risks, and strategic threats. Our work informs AI safety mitigations, product decisions, and partnerships, ensuring OpenAI’s tools are deployed responsibly across critical sectors. About the role We are looking for a Frontier AI Risks Lead to help us understand potential harms and misuse of AI in a time of rapid, sustained change. We seek to understand how developments in AI could intersect with misuse and abuse, accelerating existing harm areas and creating novel risks. We seek to scan available signals and use strategic foresight methodologies to enable proactive detection and mitigation of frontier AI risks. This is an AI safety role focused on frontier and systemic risks, including model misalignment, recursive self-improvement (RSI), multi-agent interaction, loss of control, runaway agents, and related emerging failure modes. In this role, you will help provide a strategic-level perspective on a range of frontier AI safety areas, producing actionable understanding of issues relevant to OpenAI’s platforms, systems, and broader mission. Utilizing mixed quantitative and qualitative methodologies, you will spot early warning signs, pull threads on potentially concerning behavior, and turn weak signals into clear, prioritized risk calls. You will focus on upstream ecosystem sc

At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don’t just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset — who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done. Snowflake is redefining how enterprises bring data, applications, and AI together. As customers build AI systems for insights, automation, and action, they need governed access to the most important business data in the enterprise: data from systems like SAP, Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, and other leading application platforms. Historically, integrating this data meant building pipelines, duplicating data, losing business semantics, and creating operational complexity. The next generation of enterprise AI requires a better pattern: open, governed, zero-copy interoperability across application platforms, open table formats, catalogs, semantics, and Snowflake. We are looking for a hands-on, high-conviction Principal Product Manager to lead and scale Snowflake’s Zero-Copy Integrations product stream. This person will help shape the product strategy, execution model, partner roadmap, commercial motion, and customer experience for how Snowflake interoperates with the world’s most important business application platforms. This is a highly strategic role at the intersection of product, engineering, design, partnerships, GTM, and executive-level customer engagement. You will work closely with leading application vendors and Snowflake teams to define how customers access structu

Snowflake Horizon Catalog is the context and governance layer of the Snowflake AI Data Cloud. AI is fundamentally transforming how enterprises monitor and trust their data: instead of manually configuring thresholds and triaging failures, AI-powered anomaly detection fires on freshness and volume deviations automatically, agentic root cause analysis traces quality failures back to their upstream source in minutes, and intelligent lineage surfaces the blast radius of any schema change before it reaches a dashboard.
