About the Team Security is at the foundation of OpenAI’s mission to ensure that artificial general intelligence benefits all of humanity. The Security team protects OpenAI’s technology, people, and products. We are technical in what we build but are operational in how we do our work, and are committed to supporting all products and research at OpenAI. Our Security team tenets include: prioritizing for impact, enabling researchers, preparing for future transformative technologies, and engaging a robust security culture. About the Role We’re seeking an exceptional Staff - Principal level offensive security domain expert to build agents that continuously identify and coordinate remediation of vulnerabilities across OpenAI’s infrastructure and applications. You will be the technical owner of this effort, combining deep offensive security judgment with agent engineering to build a production system that can operate safely and reliably at scale. As OpenAI increasingly uses automation throughout the company, we believe our security testing must become increasingly automated as well. Advances in model capabilities create an opportunity to test more of our attack surface than would be possible through human effort alone and a need to ensure that we remain ahead of those same capabilities as they become available to attackers. In this role, you’ll build a portfolio of specialized agents that develop a deep understanding of OpenAI’s infrastructure, applications, processes, and security boundaries. These agents will combine internal context with feedback from running systems to explore our cloud environments, Kubernetes clusters, web applications, endpoints, external attack surface, and other high-value targets. The goal is for agents to not only discover vulnerabilities, but also to validate exploitability, document impact, drive remediation, and verify fixes. Success will be measured through outcomes like vulnerabilities fixed, attack surface covered, and performance on evals

About Ema Ema is building the world’s leading Agentic AI platform to transform enterprise productivity. We enable organizations to delegate repetitive tasks to Ema, the Universal AI Employee, delivering 10x gains in workforce efficiency, across functions. Founded by former executives from Google, Coinbase, Flipkart, and Okta, our team includes engineers from premier tech companies and graduates of Stanford, MIT, UC Berkeley, CMU, and IITs. We are backed by industry leading investors including Accel, Naspers/Prosus, Section32, and angels like Sheryl Sandberg and Dustin Moskovitz. Headquartered in Silicon Valley and with offices in London, Bangalore and Vancouver, Ema is at the frontier of what Agentic AI can do in production — we ship real systems that run real business processes at scale. Reporting directly to the CEO and based in Mountain View, CA (full co-location required), you will own the translation of the CEO's vision across Sales, Product, and the full organizational agenda — serving as connective tissue between the CEO and every critical function: EPD, GTM, Finance, HR, Legal, and the Board. This is a senior operating role for someone who has already done it — led strategy at scale, driven GTM at a high-growth technology company, and earned their stripes as an Engagement Manager or Associate Principal at a top-tier consulting firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain) before stepping into industry. You are not here to learn the ropes; you are here to pull them. Ema is backed by top-tier investors (Accel, Section 32, and Prosus) and is building the Universal AI Employee for enterprises worldwide. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role at one of the most consequential AI companies in the world. Key Responsibilities CEO Leverage & Executive Operations Serve as Surojit's strat

We're looking for a Principal Software Engineer to join our CSP Engagements team as the technical focal point for GPU firmware and GPU system software, working directly with engineering teams of key CSP / hyperscale customers to ensure they can reliably manage, update, and operate NVIDIA GPU firmware at fleet scale. You will drive work streams with engineering teams of key CSPs/hyperscale customers to build shared understanding of GPU firmware and system software integration, incorporate their feedback into NVIDIA's feature roadmap and delivery plan, and ensure customer-side automation and recovery procedures are ready before each firmware release. Your cross-CSP visibility enables you to identify patterns in GPU firmware operational challenges that drive systemic improvements no single customer engagement could surface alone. What you'll be doing: Drive GPU firmware & siftware work streams with CSP engineering teams — ensuring they understand GPU firmware architecture (VBIOS, InfoROM, microcontroller firmware), update sequencing, recovery procedures, and GPU power management Gather and synthesize CSP feedback on GPU firmware/software — covering manageability, observability, security requirements (e.g., multi-tenancy isolation, secure boot, attestation), and performance — and champion those priorities into NVIDIA's GPU firmware/software feature roadmap and delivery plan Drive GPU firmware update orchestration for large-scale deployments — multi-GPU update sequencing, rollback strategy, failure handling, and validation across hundreds of GPUs per rack Serve as the technical focal point between NVIDIA and CSP firmware/software engineering — ensuring GPU behaviors (error recovery flows, thermal protection, power state transitions) are well-documented and accessible for customer integration Identify cross-CSP GPU SW/FW issue patterns — common update failu
