POSITION SUMMARY: Assists in analyzing specimens and maintains equipment in good operating condition. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Assist in testing of patient samples according to standard operating procedure. •Meet expected performance metrics within role as applicable. • Responsible for maintaining updated understanding and knowledge of methods performed in the lab • Provide guidance for new team members. • Follows GLP (good laboratory practice): maintain clean and organized workspace • Completes training and other deadlines on time. • Recognizes, escalates, and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and common processing errors according to the laboratory’s standard operating procedures • Recognizes, documents, and escalates protocol deviations in lab to lead/supervisor • Communicates with team and other departments on various platforms (including via e-mail) • Provides feedback on day-to-day schedule and tasks to lead/supervisor • Assists teammates in completing daily tasks • Maintains equipment and instruments in good operating condition (such as calibration and expiration date) • Maintain sufficient inventory of material, supplies and equipment in the laboratory for performance of duties. • Participate in Continuous Improvement Projects (TAG, 5S) • Conducts himself/herself in a professional manner • Adheres to Departmental Expectations • This role works with PHI on a regular basis both in paper and electronic form and have access to various technologies to access PHI (paper and electronic) in order to perform the job • Employee must complete training relating to HIPAA/PHI privacy, General Policies and Procedure Compliance training and security training as soon as possible but not later than the first 30 days of hire. • Must maintain a current status on Natera training requirements. • Employee must pass post-offer criminal background check. • Performs other duties as assigned. Job Overview Wargaming’s Center for Player Insights is hiring an experienced UX Researcher to champion player needs and inform product decisions across live-service and in-development titles. You will partner closely with game teams, including UX Design, Game Design, Product Management, and Product Analytics, to frame research questions, select the most suitable methods, and run both in-lab and remote UX research studies. You’ll synthesize findings into clear, actionable recommendations that influence roadmaps and player experience quality. Reports to Director of Player Insights What will you do? Plan, design, and run research across the product lifecycle, including usability testing, playtesting, longitudinal or diary studies, concept testing, focus groups, and one-on-one interviews, both in person and remotely. Translate stakeholder questions into clear business goals and research objectives. Define research hypotheses and sampling plans. Manage studies end-to-end, including scoping, design, recruiting oversight, moderation, analysis, reporting, and presentations. Drive timelines and keep stakeholders aligned across multiple projects. Partner with Research Operations on participant recruitment and incentives, and lab or remote setups. Uphold research ethics and data privacy best practices. Synthesize and communicate actionable insights and recommendations tailored to game teams, ensuring findings are clear, prioritized, and easy to act on. Contribute to the Center for Player Insights’ research strategy and evangelize user-centric development across Wargaming. Stay current on industry trends and play Wargaming titles to build deep product understanding.
