Position Summary As a pharmacy technician, you will be responsible for many aspects of the mail order prescription process. You may be assigned to work in all areas of the dispensing pharmacy including product selection, packing and shipping. Tech L1, Dispensing team members are expected to perform any of the following functions: manual filling and packing, fill medications for automated machines, Quality Sampling of medications from automated machine, packing orders using automated packing machinery. As a Tech L1 you may be asked to support the shipping handler functions such as manually metering packages and placement of packages to be sorted for shipment. As a Pharmacy Technician, you must possess basic computer proficiency and be able to lift up to 40 pounds. This position requires standing throughout the entire shift. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective interaction across all levels of staff. Success in this role also depends on demonstrating a high degree of reliability, professionalism, problem-solving ability, and a collaborative team-oriented mindset.
