Position Overview: The Product Compliance Requirements Analyst for Diligent Entities will support the US compliance angle of the market-leading entity management solution. Working closely with the Principal Product Compliance Advisor, this role is responsible for translating US corporate compliance requirements into clear, actionable product requirements. The Analyst will focus on delivery: breaking down complex or ambiguous compliance problems into discrete, actionable requirements, running discovery, and producing detailed documentation the Product and Engineering teams can build against. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role rather than a strategic or external-facing one, with daily engagement across Product Management, Engineering, customers, and Customer Success. Key Responsibilities Support the Principal Product Compliance Advisor in ensuring Diligent Entities meets US corporate compliance requirements. Conduct discovery on US corporate compliance and filing requirements, breaking findings down into identifiable, actionable elements. Gather, document, and maintain detailed product requirements for US compliance-related features and changes. Translate regulatory and legislative detail into requirements that Product Managers and Engineering can act on and prioritise.
