As the Senior Product Manager for the Actions & Automations team, you will own the ecosystem that enables customers, partners, and Datadog teams to build, deploy, and operate AI agents on Datadog. You will drive the strategy and execution for the platform capabilities, developer experience, integrations, and extensibility model that make Datadog the best place to build agents that understand and act on production systems. Modern engineering organizations are entering a new era where software is not only monitored and operated by humans, but increasingly by AI-powered agents. As agentic workflows reshape how teams build, operate, secure, and troubleshoot systems, customers need a platform for creating specialized agents, connecting them to business and engineering systems, governing their behavior, and extending them to solve unique organizational problems. You will define and build the ecosystem that makes this possible. Agent Builder sits at the intersection of Datadog's products, AI capabilities, and ecosystem strategy. You will have the opportunity to work across the breadth of the Datadog platform, partner with teams throughout the company, and help establish Datadog as the foundation for operational AI. At Datadog, we place value in our office culture, the relationships and collaboration it builds and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them. What You’ll Do: Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Datadog's Agent Builder platform and ecosystem. Own the core platform capabilities that enable customers and partners to create, customize, deploy, and manage AI agents. Role Overview We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer with a passion for building platform features that impact UX at a massive scale. As a member of AAA, you’ll work across a breadth of problem spaces on deeply technical topics, such as governance, access, teams, identity, and multi-org UX. You’ll lead design for features that mediate how Datadog’s biggest customers use the platform and manage what their employees can see and do. At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships and collaboration it builds and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them. What You'll Do AAA is a highly technical product environment, where designers strive to understand the technical workflows, constraints and opportunities within this domain. As you develop subject matter expertise, you’ll use your influence as a Senior designer to drive the roadmap and vision. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with your PM and engineering partners to understand customers’ pain points, explore solutions, and build UI that ships. Prototyping in code creates the opportunity to share high-fidelity ideas at early stages, even if the design itself is low-fidelity. Tight feedback loops let your team iterate quickly, building towards an ideal vision for the best possible experience while you ship incremental steps towards that goal. In addition to making the work, you will also share your work with stakeholders at varying levels of seniority, all the way up to executive leadership level. Your crisp context setting and clear description of your solution will help people understand your choices and sell them on your proposal. Your work will up-level the quality bar for what an admin experience can look like. While you’ll leverage Datadog’s design system where it makes sense, you won’t let it prevent broad exploration of different design patterns in the service of finding the optimal solu

Datadog is looking for a Senior Product Manager to help lead the evolution of our fleet and lifecycle management capability, the product surface that gives customers visibility into, and control over, the observability software running across their infrastructure. This capability manages the deployment lifecycle for core observability agents and OpenTelemetry collectors running on customer hosts and containers. The Senior PM will expand the scope of fleet capability to additional Datadog software components, making it the single place customers go to see everything running in their environment, at any version, in any deployment model, and to manage it remotely and safely at scale, for both human operators and, increasingly, AI agents acting on their behalf. This is a high-visibility, cross-functional role. You'll partner with multiple engineering teams and be responsible for defining and delivering a coherent, unified fleet experience across UI, API, and MCP for customers. At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships and collaboration it builds, and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them. What You'll Do Own and evolve the product vision and roadmap for a unified fleet and lifecycle management capability spanning multiple product lines and deployment models. Define what "managed" means for each new software component as it's brought into fleet, balancing consistency of experience with the realities of each component's operational model. Drive a phased expansion plan, sequencing new components into fleet based on customer value, technical complexity, and dependency readiness. Partner closely with engineering leads across several teams to align on shared architecture principles to support disparate software components. Represent the voice of the customer for a capability that must work equally well for human operators using a UI and for AI

You will partner closely with engineering, security, and developer platform teams to improve deployment reliability, operational visibility, and governance while enabling both engineers and AI agents to move quickly with confidence. We are hiring a Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager to lead positioning and messaging and to grow adoption of MongoDB Search and Vector Search as foundational components of our platform – the retrieval layer powering the next generation of grounded AI applications and agents. This is a high-impact role for a marketer who thinks like a builder. As developers architect increasingly sophisticated systems – RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, multi-modal search experiences – retrieval has moved from an implementation detail to a core design decision. You’ll join a high-performing, globally distributed team and partner closely with Marketing, Builder Relations, Product Management, Engineering, Partners, and Sales to develop, measure, and achieve cross-functional goals. The role requires technical depth in information retrieval — lexical and vector search, hybrid approaches, embeddings, re-ranking, agentic retrieval loops, and the tradeoffs that matter in production systems — paired with the product marketing instincts to turn that depth into crisp, differentiated messaging for distinct user and buyer personas. Hands-on experience building or shipping AI-enabled products is a strong advantage. Individuals with prior experience in technical sales, developer relations, or technical marketing are encouraged to apply. This person is a voracious consumer of AI research and pays close attention to shifting patterns in application architectures and development, including agentic systems. This individual is confident in communicating with technical practitioners and non-technical decision makers in one-to-few and one-to-many engagements for internal and external audiences. We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in the US for our hybrid working model. What You’ll Do Drive Strategy & Execution: Act as a strategic partner for high-impact initiatives that align with MongoDB’s long-term business goals in collaboration with Marketing, Developer Relations, Product

Reporting to the Product Communications Lead, you'll work in close partnership with Product Marketing and act as a conduit for cross-functional product storytelling, pulling threads from teams across the business — including Partner Marketing, Customer Marketing, Strategic Events, and Builder Relations — into a cohesive narrative. This is a hands-on role spanning story mining, executive thought leadership, and media relations, with scope across MongoDB's full product portfolio. This role is based in the U.S., with hybrid or remote options available. Occasional travel will be required.
