The opportunity Most design hires inherit a system. You'll build it. As a founding designer, you'll partner with the founders and engineering to define how Mutiny looks, feels, and behaves, from the first interaction with the creative agent to the final published asset. They have high standards and strong opinions and you'll hear from them constantly. The patterns you set become the shared language for what AI-native GTM software feels like. In this role, you’ll play a key part in designing, building, and scaling next-generation AI agents that integrate with enterprise data and services to solve real-world problems.
