About the Team The Ona team at OpenAI is helping build the software factory for the enterprise. We build infrastructure that enables AI agents to work in secure, customer-controlled cloud environments, with the context, tools, and controls they need to make progress across the software lifecycle—beyond a single developer’s laptop or active session. Our focus is helping enterprises move from experimenting with agents to using them reliably in production. That means solving challenging problems in cloud environments, orchestration, security, and collaboration, while making the experience straightforward for the people directing and reviewing the work. We’re a team that values initiative, close relationships with customers, and exceptional engineering craft. We take ownership, learn quickly, and communicate directly and kindly. About the Role We’re hiring backend-focused Product Engineers across our platform and security product teams. You’ll build infrastructure and customer-facing workflows that let developers and AI agents work reliably in parallel. You’ll work primarily in Go on APIs, complex networking, development environments, and orchestration for long-running tasks. You’ll own outcomes from understanding a user’s problem and choosing an approach through shipping, operating, and improving the solution, working closely with frontend, infrastructure, and security engineers. In this role, you will: Work directly with customers to build developer and security workflows, from getting a project running to investigating findings, reviewing agent-generated changes, and verifying fixes. Build Go services and APIs for provisioning cloud environments, running agents in customer infrastructure, and integrating with source control, CI, and other developer tools. Design reliable orchestration for long-running, parallel work, including durable state, retries, cancellation, and recovery. Build security into execution workflows through clear permissions, credential handling, is

Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to to ship AI products. THE ROLE We're looking for a Web Designer / Design Engineer to own baseten.co day to day, from concept through production. You'll design and build landing pages, bring product launches to life, run experiments, improve conversion, and keep raising the quality bar on the site. This is a high-ownership role on the brand design team, sitting between brand design and frontend engineering. We want the website to be one of the best expressions of the Baseten brand and one of the best developer-focused sites on the internet, which means treating it as a product that's constantly evolving rather than something we redesign every few years. You'll have a lot of autonomy to ship, while partnering closely with brand, product marketing, engineering, and leadership on bigger launches. RESPONSIBILITIES Own the design and frontend implementation of the Baseten marketing site. Ship landing pages, product pages, launches, and campaigns from concept through production. Improve the site continuously, finding and acting on opportunities to make it better rather than waiting for a redesign cycle. Partner with growth and product marketing to test messaging, layouts, and conversion improvements without sacrificing craft. Build polished interactions, motion, and details that make the site feel distinctly Baseten. About the Team We're building the foundation for a new kind of AI coworker: persistent agents that have their own environments, can meet people wherever they work, and continue making progress for as long as a task requires. Our goal is to help individuals, teams, and organizations delegate meaningful work to AI—not just ask questions or complete a single turn. Our work brings together product, agent, and infrastructure capabilities across OpenAI. Together, we are creating always-on virtual coworkers that can carry context across tasks, operate through the right tools and channels, and deliver reliable results in real workplace environments. About the Role We’re looking for a full stack product engineer to shape how people discover, direct, and collaborate with AI coworkers. You’ll own product experiences end to end, spending roughly equal time building intuitive frontend surfaces and the backend systems that make agentic workflows persistent, reliable, and useful. You’ll work at the intersection of product engineering, design, agent capabilities, and enterprise readiness—turning rapidly evolving model and platform capabilities into experiences customers can understand, trust, and use every day. In this role, you will: Design, build, and ship full stack product experiences that help people and teams delegate meaningful work to persistent AI coworkers. Create intuitive frontend interfaces for directing agents, reviewing their progress, understanding their actions, and collaborating on the work they produce. Build backend APIs, services, and data models that support persistent agent state, asynchronous execution, orchestration, and progress reporting. Develop workflows that help agents access relevant context, use tools, and collaborate with people across workplace surfaces and channels. Partner with product, design, research, and engineering teams to turn shared capabilities into cohesive products. Build trust into the product through clear user controls, understanda
