About the role… We are hiring a Director of Sales Operations to own the operating rhythm of our pre-sales engine globally: Sales, Sales Development, and Sales Engineering. This is a player/coach role leading a small team of experienced senior operators while staying hands-on, and our first Sales Operations leadership seat in North America. This role reports to the VP of Revenue Operations. What you’ll be doing… Forecasting and pipeline inspection. Own forecast methodology, accuracy, and variance analysis end to end for Sales and Sales Development; run the weekly commit and pipeline inspection cadence; build the leading indicators (stage conversion, velocity, slippage, aged pipeline) that make the forecast defensible before quarter end, not explained after it. Sales process and policy. Own the pre-sales process architecture: opportunity stages, exit criteria, qualification standards, pipeline hygiene rules, rules of engagement, and the SDR-to-AE handoff, including how conflicts get resolved. Sales Engineering coverage. Predictive retention modeling. Build and own a rolling 12-month GRR/NRR retention model that surfaces cohort-level risk before it reaches the escalation point, not after. Reporting to one of our regional Head of Enterprise Sales, you will be tasked with generating, establishing and closing opportunities within your designated accounts in our Enterprise segment, which is between 1000 and 10,000 employees. Central to this role is the ability to effectively communicate value, inspire prospects, and successfully sell the value of the Synthesia solution. The Role: Design the Learning. Set the Standard. Take the Stage. We're looking for a Senior Instructional Designer to join the team that shapes how Synthesia teaches the world to use Synthesia. This is Customer Education, not in-house enablement. You'll be joining a team of instructional designers who collectively own the part of the pipeline where quality is actually decided: needs analysis and learning design . You'll carry your own portfolio of work end-to-end — figuring out what learners genuinely need, deciding what to build (and what not to), and producing design blueprints sharp enough that our Knowledge & Enablement Specialists can develop and publish them without needing to guess. You'll stay close to the build, getting hands-on in development where it counts, but your leverage comes from the thinking that happens before anyone opens a timeline. You’ll be joining a team of ambitious instructional designers who will be your deep collaborators, sounding board and discussion partners.
