About the Role We’re looking for a Global Head of Events to lead a large, established global events and production team, with the opportunity to define what comes next. Working with OpenAI’s executive team, you’ll set the direction for our event portfolio, focus investment on the experiences that matter most, and give the team the clarity and support to do its best work. This is a chance to build on a substantial foundation and create the experiences people will associate with OpenAI for years to come. Your remit will span the company: flagship conferences, product launch experiences, developer gatherings, executive programs, regional events, and our presence at important industry and cultural moments. You’ll own the strategy, team, investments, and agency relationships that make that work possible. The team also leads in-house production for OpenAI’s town halls, webinar studio, and film projects.
