We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and highly organized Events Program Manager to join our Global Travel & Expense team. This role is responsible for leading the sourcing and operational execution of small- and medium-sized corporate meetings and events while helping build and scale Snowflake’s global Meetings & Events program. This position focuses on internal events, executive meetings, customer-facing business events, offsites, and group travel, partnering closely with Finance, Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Legal, Workplace, Security, and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate combines operational excellence with strategic thinking and is passionate about building scalable programs, optimizing supplier partnerships, implementing technology, leveraging AI, and delivering exceptional attendee experiences. The starting pay range for this position per hour is $26.75 - $28.75. The full pay range for this position per hour is $26.75 - $45.50 Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications.
