Job Responsibilities Clean and sanitize various areas of the venue, including restrooms, dining areas, and kitchen spaces. Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste. Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors and perform routine maintenance tasks. Assist in maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and notify when reordering is necessary. Report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate personnel. Support the team in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for guests. Adhere to health and safety guidelines and regulations. Critical Skills & Experience Requirements Ability to perform cleaning tasks with attention to detail and efficiency. Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment. Physical fitness and stamina to perform cleaning duties. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. Job Responsibilities Prepare and serve a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Interact with guests in a friendly and welcoming manner, taking and delivering drink orders. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glassware. Ensure that alcoholic beverages are served responsibly and in compliance with legal requirements. Monitor guest needs and respond promptly to their requests or concerns. Prepare garnishes, garnish drinks, and set up service areas for daily operations. Adhere to safety and sanitation standards at all times. Handle cash and process payments accurately. Collaborate with the bar team and other staff members to provide exceptional service. Critical Skills & Experience Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in a similar environment. Extensive knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques.
