About Ramp Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books. The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving. We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome. The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same. If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it. About the Role Emerging Talent is an important part of how Ramp builds for the long term. It gives us the opportunity to meet exceptional people early, build relationships before they enter the broader talent market, and develop the next generation of Ramp talent. We’re hiring a Recruiter to help build and execute our Emerging Talent programs. You’ll own full-cycle recruiting across early-career roles and internships, partnering closely with hiring teams to identify, assess, and close exceptional candidates. A big part of the job is finding talent before everyone else does. You’ll build relationships with students and early-career candidates, develop new ways to reach high-potential talent, and help create an exceptional experience from a candidate’s first interaction with Ramp through offer and, for our interns, potential conversion to full-time. You’ll also have the opportunity to improve how we operate, test new approaches, and help shape a growing Emerging Talent function. About the Role At Ramp, people are the single biggest lever on our trajectory, and the bar for who joins this team gets higher every quarter, not lower. We're hiring a Recruiter who treats recruiting as a research discipline as much as a relationship one: someone who can map a market, identify the operators who'll outperform their peers, and run a full-cycle process that wins them. You'll own end-to-end hiring across Sales and GTM functions, from first conversation through offer close, and partner with GTM leadership to translate ambitious hiring plans into real teams. The recruiters who do this best at Ramp combine craft on the front end (research, identification, calibration) with execution on the back end (closing, candidate experience, pipeline discipline). We're looking for both. What You'll Do Use AI and research to find top talent. You'll build target lists of high performers at peer and aspirational companies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, Gong signals, internal data, and AI tools like Claude. At Linear, we're building the product development system for teams and agents. AI is fundamentally changing how software gets built, and we’re shaping the tools this new era requires. Founded in 2019, Linear has become the platform of choice for more than 40,000 companies (including OpenAI, Coinbase, and Ramp) to plan, build, and ship their products. Today, our team is distributed across North America, Europe, and Australia, and we’re continuing to grow internationally. What unites us is relentless focus, fast execution, and a deep care for software craftsmanship. Our Talent team is looking for an experienced and discerning technical recruiter to help build Linear’s next generation of engineering talent. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who sees recruiting as a craft. Your primary focus will be growing our engineering team in North America. You’ll work closely with engineering leadership and our existing recruiters across product, infrastructure, AI, mobile, and emerging technical roles. You’ll own the full search, from mapping talent markets and activating networks through assessment, work trial support, and close. Linear engineers tend to combine technical depth with product judgment, craftsmanship, and significant ownership. Finding them requires more than matching resumes to requirements. We’re looking for someone who can recognize these qualities, reach candidates with precision, and continually sharpen their judgment through close partnership with our team. All recruiters at Linear are generalists and may support other functions as company priorities evolve, but engineering will be the primary focus of this role. Location & work mode Linear is a remote-first company, with optional co-working offices in San Francisco, New York, and London. This role is open to candidates based in North American (Eastern time zone), with a strong preference for the New York City area. Being in New York enables closer partnership with our growing local team, c

About the Team OpenAI’s mission is to build safe artificial general intelligence (AGI) that benefits all of humanity. Achieving this requires bringing the world’s most exceptional talent under one roof to push the boundaries of what’s possible. Our Research Recruiting team plays a critical role in this effort. We are an embedded part of the research organization—working side by side with our research staff to deeply understand evolving priorities, build trust, and strategically shape the future of OpenAI’s talent. About the Role We are looking for a highly strategic recruiter to work closely with the Head of Research Recruiting on a small set of unusually important, high-touch searches and candidate relationships. This role will focus on exceptional talent who does not move through a standard recruiting process: highly visible researchers, technical leaders, operators, and other special-interest candidates where timing, discretion, market intelligence, and tailored engagement matter as much as process execution. This is not a conventional req-based recruiting role. You will help identify where the market is moving, develop intelligence on top talent and competitor activity, translate that intelligence into action, and orchestrate bespoke recruiting strategies for candidates who require a more nuanced path into OpenAI. You should be able to translate these signals and states into clear, actionable advice for leaders and then make it happen. In this role, you will: Partner directly with the Head of Research Recruiting and research leadership team to define priority talent targets and shape bespoke engagement strategies. Build and maintain deep market intelligence across frontier AI, research, engineering, and adjacent talent ecosystems, including competitor movement, candidate motivations, and relationship context. Proactively identify, map, and cultivate exceptional high-profile talent before there is a formal or standard hiring process attached. Translate weak signa
