This individual will report into our Talent Management Manager and will play an integral role within the team owning Employee Listening & People Insights programs and contributing to performance, talent, and development programs across the team. The Talent Management Specialist will independently manage recurring employee listening and talent-cycle programs, support job leveling and architecture resources, and provide continuity across the Talent Management portfolio during periods of team absence. This role will partner cross-functionally to continuously improve our programs and employee experience while translating employee and talent data into meaningful insights and practical actions. If you’re passionate about using employee insights to strengthen the team member experience and enjoy bringing structure, collaboration, and thoughtful solutions to talent programs, we’d love to hear from you!
