Coder is looking for an AI Enablement Engineer to help execute our Smart AI roadmap and make AI and vibe coding easier across the company. You’ll work directly with employees to understand what they’re trying to build, answer questions about Smart AI best practices, and remove the technical or process barriers getting in their way. You’ll also turn those needs into shipped improvements. That means building and refining Smart AI journeys, reusable skills, paved paths, and infrastructure enhancements, while partnering closely with the Smart AI Program lead on roadmap execution. You’ll also teach through office hours and sessions, but most of your time will be spent listening, building, troubleshooting, and improving the system around our internal AI community. What you’ll do here Act as a hands-on technical partner for Coder employees using Smart AI, helping them understand best practices, choose the right approach, and work through blockers. Meet with employees across the company to understand their needs, requirements, workflows, and impediments as they build with AI. Answer questions in Slack, meetings, and working sessions about Smart AI tools, models, prompts, harnesses, development environments, and recommended patterns. Identify recurring needs across our internal AI community and translate them into clear requirements for the Smart AI roadmap. Execute against the existing Smart AI roadmap by building and improving reusable journeys, skills, templates, system instructions, and other paved paths. Contribute directly to infrastructure enhancements that make internal AI development easier, more reliable, and more consistent. Build alongside users when useful, using tools like Claude Code and other AI-assisted development workflows to prototype solutions and validate new approaches. Help improve the dedicated development environment employees use for vibe coding, including integrations, connectors, APIs, model access, and supporting infrastructure. Turn one-off que

At Vanta, our mission is to help businesses earn and prove trust. We believe that security should be monitored and verified continuously, and we empower companies to practice better security and prove it with ease. Vanta has a kind and talented team, and while some have prior security experience, many have been successful at Vanta without it. As the People Automation & AI Partner at Vanta, you'll be the hands-on builder embedded in our Recruiting and People teams, designing, shipping, and scaling the workflows, agents, and automations that remove manual work across recruiting and People operations so our team can focus on the work that moves the business. Recruiting is the front door to that talent, and the speed, quality, and consistency of our hiring engine is a top priority for this role. The People team at Vanta is building the infrastructure to hire, develop, and retain world-class talent at scale. We're not just running processes, we're rethinking them. That means bringing in the tooling, AI, and automation capabilities to match the speed and ambition of the company we're building. About the team The OpenAI for Government team is a mission-driven group bringing frontier AI to the U.S. Intelligence Community (IC) and broader national security enterprise. We partner with intelligence professionals to deploy secure, compliant AI capabilities—including ChatGPT Enterprise, ChatGPT Gov, and the OpenAI API—in mission-aligned environments that meet rigorous security, privacy, reliability, and responsible-AI requirements. As part of the OpenAI for Government team, you will work across IC elements and mission partners—including ODNI, CIA, NSA, DIA, NGA, NRO, and other federal intelligence organizations—to help analysts, collectors, operators, and technical teams apply frontier AI to their highest-priority missions. We accelerate adoption through hands-on support, mission-specific workflows, tailored enablement, and measurable operational outcomes while preserving human judgment, analytic integrity, and protection of sensitive information. About the Role The Strategic Delivery Lead (SDL) for the Intelligence Community will identify, shape, and deliver OpenAI’s highest-impact deployments for U.S. intelligence organizations. You will help IC customers translate mission priorities—including all-source analysis, intelligence production, collection management, open-source and geospatial exploitation, cyber threat analysis, knowledge discovery, and analyst productivity—into secure, technically feasible AI deployments built on the OpenAI API and enterprise products. The role is highly cross-functional and customer-facing: you will partner with Research, Engineering, Go-to-Market, Security, Legal, Privacy, and government mission, acquisition, and technical stakeholders to align on scope, remove delivery obstacles, and communicate progress from working teams to agency leadership. You will own end-to-end execution of technical delivery workstreams led by Forward Deployed Engineers, Researchers, Solutions Architects, and Enablement teams. You will establish mission
About Us: AI needs a new infrastructure layer. We're building it at Modal. Every era of computing brought new workloads that previous infrastructure couldn't support: mainframes, databases, and the cloud. Each time, the company that rebuilt the layer underneath defined the decade. AI is no different, except it touches everything instead of one slice, and the window to build the layer underneath it is open right now. Our customers include category-defining companies like Lovable , Ramp , Cognition, DoorDash, and Suno. They rely on Modal for instant GPU access, sub-second container starts, and native storage, so it's simple to serve low-latency inference, fine-tune models, and access production-ready sandboxes at scale. We recently raised a $355M Series C at a $4.65B valuation, led by General Catalyst and Redpoint Ventures. We've crossed $300M+ ARR and grown fivefold since September. Our team includes creators of popular open-source projects (e.g., Seaborn , Luig i ), academic researchers, international olympiad medalists, and experienced engineering and product leaders with decades of experience. The Role We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a team of highly experienced engineers building the infrastructure that powers Modal's serverless GPU platform. This is a hands-on leadership role — expect to split your time between technical contribution and people management depending on what the team needs. You'll set direction, remove blockers, and build a strong engineering culture as your team tackles hard problems in distributed computing, large-scale data handling, and performance optimization. Who You Are You're an experienced engineering leader who stays close to the work and builds alongside your team when it counts. You earn trust through technical depth, not title. You communicate clearly, help strong engineers move fast without cutting corners, and stay calm and pragmatic under pressure. You care as much about how your team gets to an answer as the answ
