THE ROLE: As a Software Engineer at Baseten, you will own one of the most critical surfaces of our business: pricing, billing, and revenue infrastructure. As we launch more and more products— billing is no longer just operational plumbing. It is a strategic lever for growth. This role will establish clear ownership of billing as a function and create leverage for Finance, Sales, and GTM teams while maintaining a seamless customer experience. RESPONSIBILITIES: Own Baseten’s end-to-end billing and revenue infrastructure, including pricing, invoicing, metering, and reporting foundations. Build and evolve our billing platform and integrations (including Orb), ensuring correctness, auditability, and a high-trust experience for customers and internal teams. Partner closely with Finance, Sales, GTM, and Forward Deployed Engineering to turn real-world workflows into reliable internal tooling and automation (quoting, approvals, renewals, usage reconciliation, revenue reporting). Design systems that scale with new products, packaging, and go-to-market motions, making billing a strategic lever for growth. Coder is looking for a Financial Analyst to join our Financial Planning & Strategy team. In this role, you’ll own key planning workstreams across budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, helping leaders make better decisions as Coder scales. Every enterprise deploying AI coding agents needs secure, governed infrastructure to run them. You’ll help model the demand behind that shift, partner with teams across the business, and build financial frameworks for a market still being defined. What you’ll do here Own recurring FP&A deliverables end to end, including departmental budget-to-actual reporting, monthly close packages, and rolling forecast updates. Build and maintain driver-based financial models for assigned business areas, including revenue, headcount, and infrastructure cost forecasts. Perform variance analysis that goes beyond what changed, framing the “so what” and surfacing insights that guide better decisions. Support quarterly forecast cycles and annual budget planning by coordinating inputs from department heads and consolidating company-wide views. Contribute to board materials, investor deliverables, and executive reporting packages. Automate and improve recurring workflows. Push for better tools, scripts, and processes, not just cleaner spreadsheets. What we’re looking for Accounting fluency. You understand how the GL works, how accruals flow through the financials, and how actuals are produced. You can bridge the close process and the planning process without someone translating for you. Financial modeling depth. You can build clean, auditable, driver-based models from scratch in Excel or Google Sheets. Data fluency. You can pull, clean, and work with data from multiple systems, including ERP, BI tools, and CRM exports. Clear communication. You can turn variance analysis into insight, not just a table. You frame findings in terms of business impact, next steps, and audience needs. 1–3 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, i

👋 WELCOME TO GLIDE! At Glide we're reimagining the banking experience for the modern world. Our agentic platform empowers legacy financial institutions, like community banks and credit unions, to deploy specialized agents that help the bank grow its deposit and loan portfolio. In just the last year, we've raised $20M and grown revenue 500%, and we're accelerating. We're looking for our first Talent Engineer to help us hire the people who will carry that mission to thousands of banks. As Glide's first Talent Engineer, you will build the recruiting engine that doubles our team to more than 100 people. Think of it as a hybrid of recruiter and engineer: you'll design and run the software, automations, and data pipelines behind how we hire, so that finding and winning great people becomes a system we can scale instead of a manual grind. You'll decide what to build and what to buy. Some of it is a polished tool worth paying for. Plenty of it is a few lines of Python and an API call you wrote yourself. The instinct for which is which, and a bias toward the leaner, more controllable option, is what we're hiring for. This is a rare opportunity to join an early-stage company and help create a new standard for how a company hires. What You'll Do: Turn our network into our pipeline: Our best hires will come from people our team and investors already know. You'll build the systems that surface those second and third-degree connections at scale across LinkedIn, GitHub, operator communities, and referral graphs, so warm introductions happen on purpose instead of by luck. Automate sourcing and outreach: Stand up and tune the agents and sequences (Juicebox, Clay, Ashby, and whatever you build yourself) that find, enrich, and reach candidates faster and far more personally than any one person could by hand. Put AI on the first read: Design the LLM-assisted screening that filters for fit before a human spends a minute on it. You own the prompts, the scoring logic, and the quality che
