Risk Operations Technology Programs Manager in New York

About Ramp Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books. The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving. We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome. The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same. If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it. About the Role Ramp is hiring a Director of Technical Consulting to lead the post-sales Technical Consultant (TC) organization. This leader will own how Ramp helps complex customers move from signed deal to successful activation, with particular focus on technical implementation, integrations, and the operating model that allows the team to scale. You will lead a growing organization of Technical Consultants and frontline managers, partnering closely with Customer Success, Account Management, Product, and Engineering. TCs are the technical counterpart in Ramp’s post-sales motion: they help customers navigate integration and implementation complexity, translate customer requirements into clear technical paths, and bring the right internal teams together when a solution needs to scale. This is not a traditional pre-sales Solutions Consulting role, and it is not a pure professional-services model. We are looking for a leader who can combine technical implementation judgment with strong people leadership, operational rigor, and the ability to build dura

About the role Ramp is building new products that can reshape how finance teams operate. These products begin before the market playbook is obvious: the customer problem is still being sharpened, the product is evolving quickly, and the path from early signal to durable growth must be built. We are hiring a Product Marketing Manager, New Products to lead that work. You will be embedded with Product and Engineering from the earliest stages, using customer and market insight to help choose the audience, shape the product, define the story, and build the commercialization and adoption motion. This is not a launch-calendar or asset-production role. You will own the full business read for the product: customer problem, ICP, positioning, product readiness, launch, pipeline, activation, adoption, retention, proof, and the next product or GTM intervention. What you'll do Shape product strategy early. Bring customer, market, and competitive evidence into product decisions before the roadmap is fixed. If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it. About the Role Most businesses have no idea if they're overpaying for their software. They renew on autopilot, negotiate without benchmarks, and discover vendor alternatives only after the contract is already signed. Ramp is uniquely positioned to change that. We see billions of dollars of real-world spend and contract data across thousands of companies, and we're turning it into an intelligence layer that tells businesses exactly what they should be paying, which vendors to consider, and when to act. As PM for Vendor Intelligence & Marketplace, you'll own the product that powers this: our price benchmarking engine, contract analysis (extracting structure and risk from vendor agreements), and the emerging B2B marketplace that connects Ramp's buyer base to the right vendors at the right price. You'll be one of the first PMs building a true buyer-side intelligence layer inside a financial platform, replacing renewal anxiety and negotiation guesswork with data-driven, AI-powered decisions. Please note that this role requires in-person presence at o

About the Role Ramp's Strategic Enterprise CSMs don't manage accounts — they transform how companies run their finances. About the Role As a Product Designer at Ramp, you are accountable for outcomes, not just artifacts. You work with PMs, engineers, and other designers to define the right problems, explore and validate solutions, and ship product experiences that change customer behavior. Design at Ramp is AI first and builder led. Work starts in an LLM, moves into tools like Claude and Cursor to explore flows and interactions, and then comes into Figma for systems and polish. Designers prototype early, test with real customers, and stay involved through launch and iteration. We are looking for multiple product designers who are excited to work this way and who want to use AI as a core part of how they design. What You’ll Do Own product work end to end: Partner with PM and engineering to define problems, explore solution spaces, validate concepts, and ship product improvements that move key metrics. About the Role The Financial Intelligence team, part of Ramp's Applied AI org, powers the agentic analysis, FP&A, and book-close experiences that over 70,000 businesses rely on to run their finances. We turn messy financial data into a fast, trustworthy, governed data layer that AI agents can work with and build artifacts on top of. This is a frontend-leaning role for an engineer who obsesses over interaction design and data-dense UX, but is just as comfortable designing the API that feeds it. You'll own the surfaces customers actually touch: agentic financial analysis, month-end close, and exploratory data experiences that feel as polished as the best business intelligence tools. About the Role Ramp's Sales Development organization is the engine of the company's top-of-funnel growth — one of the highest-output SDR teams in the industry, and a function that is expanding rapidly. With large cohorts of new reps joining every quarter and the entire organization now being asked to pitch a multi-product suite across procurement, AP, treasury, and expense personas, the way Ramp enables its SDRs has to change. Until now, enablement has been manager-led, ad hoc, and reactive. That model worked when the product was simpler and the team was smaller. It doesn't scale to a large and growing SDR organization, quarterly cohorts of new hires who are mostly entering their first corporate environment, and a company-wide push to expand how SDRs position Ramp across the full product surface. The SDR Enablement Manager is the hire that makes this transition real. You'll build and own the programs, systems, and infrastructure that take SDRs from onboarding to full productivity in 90 days, equip the full team to pitch multi-product, and create sus
