In this role, you will lead a multidisciplinary team spanning electrical engineering, systems engineering, product safety, and engineering contractors. You will focus on people leadership, organizational scalability, and engineering execution , ensuring teams are appropriately staffed, supported, and positioned to deliver complex platform development commitments. You will partner closely with project management and senior technical leaders, helping translate program priorities into executable plans while enabling technical leaders to remain focused on architecture, systems strategy, and technical excellence.
