ABOUT BASETEN Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F , led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products. THE ROLE We are bringing our people systems in-house on Workday, and we are hiring our first dedicated Workday Analyst to make it excellent. You will join while the implementation is underway, ramp alongside our deployment partner, and own the tenant from go-live onward. This is a hands-on configuration role: you will build business processes, manage security, load data, and test releases yourself, and you will teach others on the People team to do the same as we grow. If you want to shape a Workday environment from its first day in production instead of inheriting years of someone else's decisions, this is that rare opening. RESPONSIBILITIES Own day-to-day Workday configuration: business processes, security groups and roles, custom reports, calculated fields, and tenant settings Build and run EIB loads for data changes, mass updates, and audits Own the twice-yearly Workday release cycle: evaluate new features, regression-test, and roll out changes safely Shadow the implementation build, then take over tenant ownership at go-live Monitor integrations and triage issues with our IT team and vendors Support payroll configuration in partnership with our Accounting team and payroll services provider Field and resolve system requests from employees, managers, and the People team Mentor teammates so Workday administration becomes a team capability, not a single point of failure REQUIREMENTS 4+ years administering a live Workday

Who We Are Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together . We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion. Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work. About the Role: This role will be based in San Francisco. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days. You’ll build the systems that let any knowledge worker leverage fast, scalable databases without having to become a DBA. You’ll be a hands-on technical leader, helping set the architectural direction and roadmap as we take a new product from early alpha to general availability. You’ll work directly with early customers to shape foundational technical and product decisions. Then, together, we’ll work on scaling as adoption and workloads grow. This is a backend-leaning role with work spanning the stack. You might build the systems that provision and manage a fleet of customer Postgres instances, design how user-defined schemas evolve safely, or make complex queries execute efficiently. You’ll also follow those systems into the product: improving how a table loads, how users understand a slow operation, or how an agent safely works with their data. You’ll
About the Team The Growth Platforms team builds the systems and operating foundations that help OpenAI grow responsibly. We partner across the product portfolio to connect customer signals, identity and consent, campaign workflows, measurement, and product experiences into an AI-enabled growth engine. Our work helps teams launch, learn, and scale with a high bar for data quality, privacy, reliability, and customer trust. About the Role We’re looking for an experienced marketing technology and operations leader to drive cross-functional work at the intersection of growth, measurement, data, and automation. Your mission will be to turn fragmented tools, signals, and workflows into reliable, measurable, AI-enabled capabilities that teams can use safely at scale. You’ll work across Growth, Marketing Operations, Product, Engineering, Data Engineering, Data Science, Security, Privacy, Legal, and Revenue Operations, as well as external advertising platforms, measurement providers, and implementation partners. You’ll translate business requirements and privacy constraints into data contracts, integration designs, rollout plans, and reliable first-party data systems. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who brings structure to ambiguity and moves from event schemas, APIs, and data quality assurance to operating cadences, partner enablement, and executive updates. This role is based in San Francisco or New York City with a hybrid office expectation. In this role, you will: Own the operating model for Growth’s marketing technology stack across identity, consent, audiences, activation, measurement, and experimentation. Own and operate the complete paid-media tracking and measurement system, including website pixels, server-to-server conversion events, mobile measurement integrations, identity and consent controls, attribution methods, and timely signal delivery to advertising platforms. Design and implement event schemas, data mappings, APIs, and integrations; valid
Replit is the agentic software creation platform that enables anyone to build applications using natural language. With millions of users worldwide, Replit is democratizing software development by removing traditional barriers to application creation. About the Role We're hiring a hands-on Engineering Manager to build and lead Replit's Anti-Abuse team from the ground up. This is a foundational 0-to-1 role: you'll define the anti-abuse roadmap, hire a small team of engineers and data analysts, and ship the systems that protect Replit's platform, users, and economics from adversarial actors. You'll partner across Support, Legal, Security, Infrastructure, and the Money and Growth teams to make abuse economically unviable while keeping friction low for legitimate users. Replit sits at the frontier of AI-native abuse. Our platform is a target for phishing and scam hosting, cryptomining, LLM token farming, card and coupon fraud, and increasingly, abuse driven by AI agents themselves. The team you build will define how Replit defends against all of it. What You'll Do Build the anti-abuse roadmap from scratch : Define the threat model, prioritize across abuse vectors (phishing/scam hosting, cryptomining, token farming, payment fraud, AI agent exploitation), and translate it into a shipping plan with clear sequencing and tradeoffs. Design progressive verification and identity infrastructure : Build the "ladder of trust" that gates increasing platform capabilities (referrals, additional credits, access to powerful agent features, Missions) behind escalating verification. This includes a humanity/identity layer that's distinct from user accounts, integrations with KYC-grade verification providers, and the policy engine that decides what level of trust unlocks what behavior. This infrastructure is core not just to promo integrity but to how Replit safely expands agent capabilities over time. Ship as a hands-on EM : Stay in the code. Use the latest AI coding tools (including Rep

Your opportunity Every company shipping AI right now has the same problem: they can't see what their AI is actually doing in production. New Relic is building the answer, AI Observability, and it's one of the company's top strategic initiatives. We're running it like a startup inside the company: small teams, fast iteration, direct executive sponsorship, and a mandate to ship. As the Principal Product Manager and business owner of this initiative, you'll take it from vision through GA, then keep pushing past GA, where most of the real work actually happens, working directly with some of the largest AI deployments in the world. What you'll do Own the AI Observability roadmap and the business outcomes leadership tracks (adoption, retention, expansion), plus the parts of the job that aren't purely product: pricing conversations, exec reporting, and cross-functional escalations. Drive multiple engineering and design teams in parallel toward a coherent product vision, without formal authority over them. Partner directly with strategic enterprise customers, including their platform and infra teams deciding how to operationalize AI safely, and turn what breaks at their scale into product requirements fast enough to matter. Build working prototypes yourself using agentic AI workflows, so ideas get pressure-tested before engineering time is committed to them. Represent AI Observability in executive strategy and prioritization decisions, and make the tradeoff calls when prioritie
