About Ramp Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books. The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving. We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome. The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same. If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it. About the Role Ramp is in a critical phase of growth. We grew immensely last year and are building out a talented business systems team to ensure we maintain this trajectory for years to come. You’ll work directly with our Sales, Account Management, Partnerships, and Product teams to execute mission-critical business systems projects across the organization. This is a key role where you will be uniquely positioned to impact the full picture of Ramp’s growth efforts through systems development. What You’ll Do Work alongside Sales Operations to administer key go-to-market business systems, including Salesforce, Outreach, Qualified, Zendesk, Hubspot, Looker, Gong.io Build and deploy automation (flows), validations, and applications in Salesforce Implement new systems and integrations as needed Analyze key business requirements and systems capabilities to write specifications for systems build and run end to end implementation Create key reports and dashboards to track systems performance and data accuracy Write and maintain clear documentation on syste

Predictive retention modeling. Build and own a rolling 12-month GRR/NRR retention model that surfaces cohort-level risk before it reaches the escalation point, not after. Post-sales process and policy. About Datalab Datalab trains models that read documents reliably at scale. The world's most important information is trapped in PDFs, scans, and files that can't easily be parsed, and getting it out correctly matters. From frontier AI labs processing training data to Fortune 500s like Siemens extracting decades of engineering records, Datalab is where businesses turn to when extraction has to be right. We're at an 8-figure run rate with a team of 7. Anthropic is a customer. And we have hundreds more across FAANG, frontier AI labs, healthcare, finance, government, and legal. Our tools, chandra, surya, marker, and lift, have 70,000+ GitHub stars and broad developer mindshare. We're backed by founding members of OpenAI, FAIR, and Hugging Face. We're looking for a Founding Business Operations hire to find where the business is straining and fix it — designing, running, and improving the operational machinery underneath a fast-scaling company. This is a true generalist role, and the target will move as we scale. You'll own whatever the highest-leverage operational gap is at a given moment. Right now, that's our revenue and metrics layer: our pipeline and customer data need a real owner, inbound leads need to be captured and followed up reliably, and leadership needs consistent visibility into how the business and our launches are performing. That's where you'll start and where you'll have the most impact in your first few months. In two or three months the biggest gap may be somewhere else entirely — and you'll be the kind of person who's energized by that, not unsettled by it. You'll work directly with leadership and partner across sales, engineering, research, finance, and our Chief of Staff. If you're ambitious, analytical, and organized, this is a uniquely rewarding opportunity to help build an AI business from the ground up. Day to day: A typical week might
