Coder is looking for a Financial Analyst to join our Financial Planning & Strategy team. In this role, you’ll own key planning workstreams across budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, helping leaders make better decisions as Coder scales. Every enterprise deploying AI coding agents needs secure, governed infrastructure to run them. You’ll help model the demand behind that shift, partner with teams across the business, and build financial frameworks for a market still being defined. What you’ll do here Own recurring FP&A deliverables end to end, including departmental budget-to-actual reporting, monthly close packages, and rolling forecast updates. Build and maintain driver-based financial models for assigned business areas, including revenue, headcount, and infrastructure cost forecasts. Perform variance analysis that goes beyond what changed, framing the “so what” and surfacing insights that guide better decisions. Support quarterly forecast cycles and annual budget planning by coordinating inputs from department heads and consolidating company-wide views. Contribute to board materials, investor deliverables, and executive reporting packages. Automate and improve recurring workflows. Push for better tools, scripts, and processes, not just cleaner spreadsheets. What we’re looking for Accounting fluency. You understand how the GL works, how accruals flow through the financials, and how actuals are produced. You can bridge the close process and the planning process without someone translating for you. Financial modeling depth. You can build clean, auditable, driver-based models from scratch in Excel or Google Sheets. Data fluency. You can pull, clean, and work with data from multiple systems, including ERP, BI tools, and CRM exports. Clear communication. You can turn variance analysis into insight, not just a table. You frame findings in terms of business impact, next steps, and audience needs. 1–3 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, i

This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who wants to actively shape how Engineering, one of the most important parts of how Datadog develops its people. You'll sit at the center of Datadog's biggest talent bets for Engineering: how we build leaders, define career paths and org design, evolve performance, move talent internally, and plan succession for our most critical roles. You’ll own this work end to end, from the first framing conversation with senior leaders through to delivering a program running at scale. AI is changing how Engineering builds software, and it is changing how People builds the programs that support Engineering too. This role sits at the centre of both: understanding how AI is reshaping engineering roles, skills and structures, and building AI-powered solutions within People to keep pace. At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships and collaboration it builds and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them. What You’ll Do: Design and lead complex talent programmes for Engineering, spanning leadership capability, career architecture, org design, performance, internal mobility and succession for critical roles. Partner directly with PBPs and senior leaders to turn ambiguous problems into clear programme goals, design principles and success measures. Help Engineering and People understand and respond to how AI is reshaping roles, skills and ways of working, and translate that shift into practical talent and org design choices. Stay hands-on from concept through to adoption: this is a build and run role, not a strategy and handover role. Work across Enablement, Learning, People Analytics and People Systems so what you build scales and embeds into core people processes. Equip PBPs with frameworks, tools and executive-ready narratives that support real adoption in the business. Operate in ambiguity and influe

At Vanta, our mission is to help businesses earn and prove trust. We believe that security should be monitored and verified continuously, and we empower companies to practice better security and prove it with ease. Vanta has a kind and talented team, and while some have prior security experience, many have been successful at Vanta without it. Vanta's Design Systems team is the foundational layer that powers visual consistency, design quality, and engineering velocity across all of Vanta's product surfaces. We build and maintain Vanta's shared component library (Alpaca), design tokens, interaction patterns, and documentation, enabling product designers and engineers to ship high-quality, cohesive experiences at scale. As Vanta grows across GRC, Trust, and new product areas, and as AI and agentic experiences become a first-class part of the product, Design Systems is increasingly responsible for a harder problem than static component consistency: building a system that can flex for AI-driven, runtime-composed UI and agent chat and canvas experiences, without losing the craft and coherence that makes Alpaca trustworthy across the org. This role sits at that intersection. You'll help define how a design system stays foundational when the product itself is becoming more dynamic and model-aware. What you’ll do as a Staff Product Designer at Vanta: Lead the strategy, evolution, and execution of Alpaca, ensuring it scales with the needs of a rapidly growing, increasingly AI-driven product organization Extend the design system to support AI and agent product patterns, including agent chat and canvas experiences and components that need to adapt based on runtime or model context Partner with product designers and engineers across every product team to define, document, and ship new components, patterns, and guidelines Establish and evolve governance models, contribution frameworks, and quality standards that let every designer at Vanta build consistently, including for AI-nat
As a Staff Application Security Engineer at Datadog, you'll set technical direction for how we approach application security at scale. You'll define the frameworks, methodologies, and architectural patterns that engineering teams across Datadog adopt and apply independently. You're the person others come to when they don't know how to make something secure, and you reliably have an answer. You'll be a point of contact for our most complex security programs, often spanning multiple teams and multiple quarters. The role requires both depth (going very deep on specific problems when needed) and breadth (recognizing patterns across systems and drawing connections that others miss). Partnering closely with teams inside and outside the security org is key to success. You'll help shape the AppSec roadmap and make the case for where investment should go. We use our own platform. Logs, Dashboards, Service Catalog, and APM aren't just things we sell: they're tools the AppSec team uses to build security services, measure adoption of secure defaults, and communicate risk across the organization. AI is also part of the picture. Engineering at Datadog increasingly uses agentic tooling throughout the development lifecycle, and many of the products we ship to customers now include AI-powered features. Both create new attack surfaces, and defining our strategy for addressing them is part of this role. If using Datadog to observe Datadog's own security posture, building impactful tooling, and shaping how we secure AI-powered systems sounds like the right kind of problem, this role is worth a close look. What You’ll Do: Define and drive security standards and secure-by-default solutions, serving as the Application Security subject matter expert. Build security tooling and automation that scales security practices across engineering teams, and implement robust security observability to support our threat detection team with meaningful, actionable security signals. Lead threat mod

You will work at the intersection of systems programming, ML infrastructure, and high-performance computing, helping to create both ergonomic developer APIs and highly efficient runtime systems. This means balancing ease of use and introspection with the need for stability and performance on our evolving hardware fleet. This role is based in San Francisco, CA, with a hybrid work model (3 days/week in-office). Relocation assistance is available. In this role, you will: Design and build APIs and runtime components to orchestrate computation and data movement across heterogeneous ML workloads. Contribute to compiler infrastructure, including the development of optimizations and compiler passes to support evolving hardware.
