At Lyft, our purpose is to serve and connect. We aim to achieve this by cultivating a work environment where all team members belong and have the opportunity to thrive. With Lyft Business, sales isn't a script you follow. It's a problem you solve in real time. As Business Associate for Lyft Business, you'll drive growth and expansion within your existing book of business in a market where transportation touches nearly every part of daily life. Success here isn't just about closing deals; it's about the judgment to identify where your time has the biggest return, and the strategic thinking to advise each client like a trusted partner as you grow their business with us. This job rewards people who think critically about where to focus their energy. Priorities will evolve, systems are still maturing, and you won't always have a playbook for every situation, but you'll have the experience and confidence to navigate ambiguity and make an impact as we figure it out. The people who thrive here are the ones who are resourceful, hard to rattle, and genuinely motivated by finding the right product fit for a client, especially when a conversation gets complex or unexpected. You'll focus on expanding and deepening relationships with small and mid-sized businesses, becoming a Lyft product expert who can efficiently resolve common support issues and guide clients through solutions that fit their needs. In this hybrid role, you will balance inbound and outbound outreach, but with a sharper eye toward prioritization: identifying key decision makers and influencers within your top accounts, and focusing your energy where it will drive the most growth. You're the hunter and the farmer, now with the experience to know which fields are worth tending. You'll be part of a driven, tight-knit sales team that's laser-focused on winning and growing business. We're looking for people who know how to apply critical thinking and strong judgment around ROI, work well with cross-functional partne

We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them. What You’ll Do: Own the end-to-end strategy and execution for complex, global enablement programs—managing multiple concurrent workstreams across regions, functions, and timelines with limited guidance. Lead cross-functional stakeholder relationships with senior partners across StratOps, Product, TS Leadership, and the People Team—negotiating scope, aligning on priorities, and driving accountability without positional authority. Translate business goals and OKRs into multi-quarter program roadmaps; communicate priorities, trade-offs, and progress to leadership with clarity and a clear point of view. Design and implement comprehensive metrics frameworks to measure change adoption and program effectiveness; pull and analyze Salesforce and LMS data to track performance against KPIs; present findings to senior stakeholders and iterate for lasting impact. VP, Product Insurance underwriting runs on human judgment, manual workflows, and knowledge locked in someone's head. It breaks when that person leaves and doesn't scale when the book doubles. Sixfold is building AI agents that understand risk the way a 20-year veteran underwriter does. Not summaries or flags, but systems that make real decisions on billions in premium for some of the world's largest carriers. AI is the product, the workflow, and the moat. If you think in systems, move fluidly from research to pixels, and are energized by designing AI-native experiences where the best practices haven't been written yet — this role was made for you. Who We Are 🏔 Product: Sixfold is the AI brain for underwriting. Our platform handles submissions at scale, assessing risk against appetite, surfacing cited insights, and deploying AI agents to handle research, referrals, and triage so underwriters can focus on building profitable portfolios. 💪 Team: A focused team of insurance operators, AI researchers, and engineers who love hard problems. We've pushed the boundaries of what AI can do with unstructured data — from teaching AI to understand that a bakery in Florida faces different risks than one in Montana, to knowing when a manufacturing company's pivot from toys to medical devices fundamentally changes their risk profile. We ship fast and stay close to customers. 📈 Traction: Processing billions in premium for some of the world's largest carriers. We know AI. We know underwriting. We're building what comes next. About the Role You'll inherit a strong product and a capable team, but that's the starting point, not the job. The job is figuring out what underwriting becomes once AI stops assisting and starts deciding, and getting there faster than the market expects. You prototype to find out, not to perform speed. You're drawn to this problem because the underwriter of the future is one of the more interesting design problems in software right now. In this role, you will:
