At Vanta, our mission is to help businesses earn and prove trust. We believe that security should be monitored and verified continuously, and we empower companies to practice better security and prove it with ease. Vanta has a kind and talented team, and while some have prior security experience, many have been successful at Vanta without it. You will build the layer that makes Vanta's data actually useful: a single interpretive layer that reads across every source of truth and makes them queryable, reasoned-over, and genuinely illuminating — for EPD, for GTM, and for anyone in the org trying to understand what's happening and why. The EPD Systems team is building the infrastructure Vanta's engineering, product, and design organization depends on to understand itself. We're constructing three interlocking layers: sources of truth at the foundation, an operating system that makes delivery legible, and the intelligence layer that reasons across all of it. This role owns the intelligence layer — the one that doesn't exist yet. This is a builder role. You will ship working things yourself — prototypes, internal tools, agent workflows. You will not hand specs to someone else and wait. Communication isn't a separate deliverable; it's how you learn what to build. What you’ll do as a Senior Product Builder at Vanta: Build the intelligence layer: a cross-source interpretive layer that reads across Vanta's sources of truth and makes them queryable and reasoned-over by EPD leadership, GTM, and beyond Define what to build: scope the problem yourself, make explicit tradeoffs about what to defer, and own the sequence of what gets built and when Ship working things yourself: prototypes, internal tools, agent workflows — using AI as part of how you work, not what you report on Understand the organization: go to the teams whose decisions this layer will serve — GTM, G&A, EPD — and come back knowing what they can't answer today Catch and address AI-specific quality problems — rel

About the Team The People Operations team owns the systems, processes, and programs that make the employee lifecycle run — from day one through every transition in between. We believe that clean data, simple workflows, and well-designed technology are what let the rest of the People & Talent function do its best work. About the Role We're looking for a People Operations Manager who can look at a messy, ambiguous problem and turn it into a clear plan — then execute it. Day-to-day, you'll own our HR technology stack, lead process transformation across the employee lifecycle, and serve as the go-to partner for Payroll, IT, Legal, and the broader People & Talent team when something needs to be built, fixed, or rethought. You'll work directly with vendors, HRBPs, and leadership to make sure our operations are scalable, compliant, and actually simple to use. In the first year, success means moving us from where we are to where we should be: better-configured systems, documented processes, and a team that trusts what's in our tools. Responsibilities Lead HR operations programs end-to-end — define scope, owners, milestones, risks, and success measures, often starting from an undefined brief. Serve as the primary functional owner for core People technology platforms (e.g., HRIS, ATS, LMS, performance tools), including configuration, upgrades, and feature evaluation. Lead technology deployments, platform conversions, and module rollouts, coordinating across IT, HRIS, and vendor teams. Research and benchmark HR technology trends to build and maintain a People tech roadmap that supports scale. Apply AI and e

We work closely with People, Finance, Legal, and regional teams to build programs that are fair, competitive, and easy to understand, because how we take care of our people is part of how we build trust across the company. About the Role As our Global Benefits Manager, you'll own how Mixpanel designs, delivers, and governs benefits programs across every country we operate in. You'll work independently on ambiguous, cross-functional problems, like a new country launch, a plan redesign, or an M&A integration, and turn them into clear, workable plans. People across HR, Finance, Legal, and regional teams will look to you as the person who understands both the details and the bigger picture of how benefits decisions affect our people and our business. This role doesn't manage people directly, but it does lead initiatives that span multiple functions and calls for confidence making decisions without a fully defined brief. Responsibilities Lead the design and ongoing improvement of health, retirement, wellness, and leave programs across multiple countries, balancing local requirements with one consistent philosophy. Scope and lead ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives, such as country expansions, M&A integrations, and plan redesigns, by defining the problem, identifying the right stakeholders, and choosing an approach without a fully written brief.
