You’ll support a range of strategic events, including Tier 1 conference sponsorships and flagship programs. You’ll work across multiple overlapping timelines, coordinate with internal and external partners, and flag risks early so the team can triage them effectively. What you’ll do as a Senior Events Specialist at Vanta: Support planning and execution for Vanta’s presence at RSAC, Black Hat, Fal.Con, and AWS re:Invent, including sponsorship logistics, exhibit planning, booth design coordination, and on-site execution. You’ll ramp into the portfolio by shadowing AWS re:Invent, taking on planning responsibilities for RSAC, and supporting the strategy and execution of Black Hat. Coordinate sponsor deliverables such as speaking submissions, digital placements, lead retrieval, co-marketing, and event activations. Maintain detailed planning calendars, project trackers, and status updates across multiple events and overlapping workstreams.
