The AML Risk Management Senior Lead Analyst is a senior level position responsible for establishing internal procedures to prevent money laundering and assist in all matters concerning financial crimes in coordination with the broader AML team. The overall objective is to utilize established disciplinary knowledge to identify inconsistencies in data or result and formulate strategic recommendations on policies, procedures, and practices. Responsibilities: Execute and implement firm-wide AML risk management policy and strategic direction for the Markets Institutional line of business. Maintain AML compliance program for the business including assessment of risks and the development of policies, procedures, and governance, including those pertaining to an institutional broker dealer. Identify and assess risk, vulnerabilities, and opportunities for efficient and effective risk coverage. Work within team and across business/functional line management to assess complex issues, structure potential solutions, and drive effective resolution within permissible statutory and regulatory frameworks. Analyze data, prepare and present regional/global reports related to AML risk assessments. Monitor AML related issues and escalations with senior management and global partners. Evaluate and respond to escalated matters, further escalate as required, and advise senior management on next steps as needed. Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency. The Senior Manager, Sponsorship Sales will own the strategy, sales, and execution of the sponsorship program for DASH, Datadog’s flagship annual conference, while also supporting sponsorship strategy and sales for global Datadog Summits. You will manage the full sponsorship sales cycle, from developing packages and prospecting through negotiation, closing, renewal, and partner experience.
