Business Systems drives efficiency across Datadog through business process analysis, systems automation and integrations, AI agent and MCP development, and vendor/software review. The team is increasingly embedded in cross-functional initiatives across People, Finance, GTM , Legal, Recruiting, and Technical Solutions — translating ambiguous business problems into scoped, buildable solutions and owning delivery end-to-end. This is not a generalist BSA role. Each Senior BSA will own a cluster of business functions end-to-end, acting as an internal product manager for their domain rather than processing inbound requests reactively. There are two openings, each covering a different domain: People, Recruiting, Legal or Finance, GTM, Procurement As the role evolves alongside AI, Senior BSAs leverage agentic tools for data aggregation and context gathering while remaining the critical human-in-the-loop layer — owning business context and product outlook, validating use cases, managing stakeholder relationships, and making the judgment calls agents can't. At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships that it builds, the creativity it brings to the table, and the collaboration of being together. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our employees can create a work-life harmony that best fits them. What You’ll Do: Discovery and scoping: Translate ambiguous asks from business stakeholders into well-defined requirements that Business Systems Engineers can build against. Many stakeholders don't know what they want or the cross-functional impact of what they're asking for — you surface both before engineering begins. Cross-functional visibility: Identify dependencies, downstream impacts, and integration considerations that requesting teams miss. Proactive opportunity identification: Develop deep domain knowledge to identify automation and AI opportunities before they become inbound requests, shifting the team from reactive in

Our Mission You call. You wait. You call again. In every other part of your life, you book in seconds. In healthcare, you’re blocked. We’re here to give power to the patient. For nearly 20 years, we’ve built the leading healthcare marketplace - helping tens of millions of people find and book the care they need. Now, we’re going further: building our infrastructure beyond Zocdoc’s marketplace to power access to care wherever patients search, from provider websites and insurance directories to search engines, AI platforms, and more. Healthcare still lacks something every other major consumer industry takes for granted: a seamless way to go from seeking to getting . We don’t want to own the front door to care; there isn't one. We want to make sure all of those doors open when patients are knocking. Fixing healthcare starts with fixing access to it. And we're still just getting started. About the Role We're transforming how healthcare practices interact with Zocdoc, building intelligent systems that understand each practice's needs and guide them toward actions that grow their business. This means personalized homepages, smart recommendations, AI-assisted configuration, and workflows that make Zocdoc essential to daily operations. As Senior Software Engineer, you'll build these systems end-to-end. You'll own features from design through production, work across the stack, and collaborate with Product, Design, and Data Science to ship experiences that matter. What You'll Do Build platform components - including practice profile services, engagement scoring pipelines, recommendation APIs, personalization infrastructure. Ship product features end-to-end - database to API to front-end, owning the full lifecycle. Work with Data Science to integrate ML models build feature pipelines, call model endpoints, instrument feedback loops. The Senior Manager, Sponsorship Sales will own the strategy, sales, and execution of the sponsorship program for DASH, Datadog’s flagship annual conference, while also supporting sponsorship strategy and sales for global Datadog Summits. You will manage the full sponsorship sales cycle, from developing packages and prospecting through negotiation, closing, renewal, and partner experience. This role carries a sponsorship revenue target and partners closely with Events, Partner Marketing, Community, Sales, Finance, and leadership to build a scalable sponsorship program. You will have the opportunity to shape how Datadog packages, positions, and grows sponsorship offerings across its global conference portfolio. At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships and collaboration it builds and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them. What You’ll Do: Build and manage the sponsorship revenue plan, pipeline, and forecast for DASH, reporting progress against targets to Events and Marketing leadership while supporting sponsorship strategy and sales for global Datadog Summits. Develop and evolve tiered sponsorship packages across branding, speaking opportunities, booth space, digital assets, lead generation, and other offerings based on sponsor needs and event capacity. Manage the full consultative sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, pitching, negotiation, closing, renewals, and expansion with new and existing sponsors, while maintaining accurate CRM and sales activity reporting. Serve as the primary commercial relationship owner for sponsors from contract through onsite delivery, orchestrating the end-to-end partner journey while Event Marketing and agency partners manage fulfillment. Collaborate with Events, Marketing, Sales, Partner Marketing, Community, and Finance on event inventory and logistics, sponsorship positioning, account str
At Datadog, we're on a mission to build the best platform in the world for engineers to understand and scale their systems, applications, and teams. We operate at high scale, enabling seamless collaboration and problem-solving among Dev, Ops, and Security teams globally for tens of thousands of companies. Our engineering culture values pragmatism, honesty, and simplicity to solve hard problems the right way. Feature flags used to be simple on/off switches. That's changing fast. Flags are becoming a control plane: they're tied to observability, they drive rollout decisions, and AI agents build and run more of this work every day. Datadog is building the platform for that future, and we are now expanding our Feature Flagging & Experimentation product to pair flag decisions directly with observability signals and to modernize the flagging workflow for an SDLC increasingly run by agents. As a Senior Product Manager for Feature Flagging, you will own product strategy and drive execution across flags-plus-observability integration and agentic-era flagging workflows. You will set direction for a critical area of the roadmap, work closely with the observability, RUM, and APM teams, and report directly to the Director of Product leading this team. You'll be relied on to make sound, independent product judgment calls with limited oversight, bring engineering credibility to every decision, and drive B2B go-to-market strategy alongside sales. At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships and collaboration it builds and the creativity it brings to the table. This role is based in New York City and works from our office 3 days a week to support that collaboration. What you will Do: Find every place where a flag decision and an observability signal should talk to each other - rollout gating, anomaly-triggered rollback, experiment diagnostics - and ship a roadmap that unlocks observability and experimentation differentiators in Datadog Feature Flags

As a Senior Director of Enterprise Sales, you'll play a meaningful role in making sure our Enterprise Sales organization operates at the highest level — driving meaningful revenue growth, shaping long-term commercial strategy, and building the kind of high-performing teams that raise the bar for everyone around them. You'll own the strategy, the people, and the results that fuel Zocdoc's mission of giving power to the patient. You'll enjoy this role if you are… Personally motivated by building winning cultures — you believe accountability and engagement aren't opposites, they reinforce each other Autonomous, urgent, and creative. You genuinely love tackling complex organizational challenges and turning them into competitive advantages Highly strategic in your thinking, but never too far from the details that drive execution Passionate about developing leaders — you get just as excited about unlocking a manager's potential as you do about closing a major dea

About the Role We're looking for a Senior Associate, AI Solutions Architect to help build and scale AI-powered tools across DoorDash's Marketing teams. You'll work alongside our existing Marketing Technology AI Solutions Architects to identify opportunities where AI can solve real marketing problems, then build, test, and iterate on the solutions that make it happen. This role is grounded in hands-on building: you'll spend your time prototyping, coding, and shipping tools rather than pitching strategy from the sidelines. This is a great opportunity to grow your technical and strategic skills at the intersection of marketing and AI. You'll get mentorship from a team of builders and exposure to the full lifecycle of AI development from prototype to deployment. This role will report to the Senior Manager, Marketing Technology within the Growth Marketing organization. VTS is seeking a Senior Manager, Solutions Consultant - Activate to assist and translate new business opportunity into a successful deployment plan across VTS Activate - the platform that extends VTS into building operations and the tenant experience, including access control, visitor management, work orders, and building services. This role sits at the intersection of sales, solution design, and implementation readiness. Once an opportunity is qualified, the Solutions Consultant becomes the solutions expert alongside the Account Executive - translating a customer’s needs into a tailored Activate solution and, once the deal is won, into a complete solution design and implementation plan that hands off cleanly to the Implementation team. You will work predominantly through our major channel partners to start, expanding to the direct channel and other commercial clients over time, and partner closely with our Senior Technical Solutions Consultant, whose deep access-control expertise verifies and completes the solution you design. Unlike a traditional pre-sales engineer focused only on the demonstration, or an implementation manager focused only on delivery, this position helps manage the full arc of solution implementation preparedness - from qualified opportunity, through solution design, to a clean handoff to implementation, with continued check-ins through launch. It carries deep product ownership of the Activate feature set, with particular emphasis on Access Control and Visitor Management. This is a highly visible, senior individual-contributor role based in our New York office. ** Please note that this opportunity requires this hire to work from our NYC office four days a week. ** Here’s what you can expect as a Senior Manager, Solutions Consultant Partner with the Account Executive as the Activate solutions expert from the moment an opportunity is qualified Develop expert-level command of the Activate feature set and tailor product messaging and demonstra

VTS runs a complex, high-volume revenue motion — Salesforce CPQ feeding NetSuite via middleware, with mid-contract amendments involving upsells, cross-sells, volume changes, downgrades, and product churn happening continuously. The integration layer that connects these systems is functional but manual-heavy, underdocumented, and not built to scale. Furthermore, our CRM and CPQ system requires customization in order to optimize deal workflows to ensure accuracy and timely contract execution. This is not a Salesforce admin role with a developer title. We need someone who writes clean Apex, understands how CPQ order data needs to land in an ERP, knows what good middleware design looks like, and treats release management as a professional discipline — not an afterthought. Alongside our RevOps system team and Salesforce Architect, you'll work closely with our Finance and Sales teams. You will be one of the internal technical voice that evaluates and challenges what those partners propose — knowing when to push back when something is wrong. ** Please note that this opportunity is located in New York, NY, and requires this hire to work from our office 4 days a week. ** What you can expect as a Senior Salesforce & Integration Engineer: Salesforce / CPQ Own the technical customization and development of Salesforce — LWCs, Apex classes/triggers etc along with flows Manage the scaling of custom objects that drive pre/post sales teams in meeting customer needs and internal workflow management Write and maintain Apex triggers, classes, and flows that support Salesforce and CPQ business logic — with test classes that hit 90%+ coverage as a floor, not a ceiling Integration Architecture & Development Partner with third-party implementation firms on the integration build and growth connecting Salesforce CPQ to NetSuite — be the internal technical reviewer, not just the observer Own the internal integration layer as it matures: field
