About the Role As the Product Marketing Lead, Consumer Subscriptions, you will lead the product marketing strategy for ChatGPT's consumer subscription portfolio, including Go, Plus, and Pro. You will shape how customers discover and adopt paid plans while bringing a clear customer perspective to product and business decisions about how those plans are designed and tiered. You will partner closely with Product, Pricing, and Growth to define each plan's audience, positioning, value proposition, and priority use cases, and bring evidence-backed recommendations to pricing and packaging discussions.
