NVIDIA’s Silicon Co-Design Group is the team that gets every GPU, SoC, and CPU silicon program from first power-on to high-volume production. We are hiring a Senior Manager to lead our Test, Manufacturability, Reliability & Quality (TMRQ) organization. This is not a coordination role . Your work decides if a product can be built at scale and trusted in the field. These include production test development (SLT, BLT), control run flow, system reliability stress (HTOL), platform- and board-level manufacturing issue closure, and field diagnostic test development. You lead a team of individual contributors and a first-line manager at the layer where silicon, platform, and software collide with manufacturing reality. Decisions you make show up in yield curves, production ramp , and customer escapes. You are the leader the program turns to when a build is stuck, a control run is fallout-heavy, or a field return points back at silicon . The exceptional hire also uses AI deliberately — with demonstrated workflow impact and the judgment to know where it compresses real work and where it introduces risk. What you will be doing: Keep programs moving. Own the technical execution and velocity of SLT, BLT, Board/Chip/Rack CR, and system reliability stress (HTOL) across every GPU, SoC, and CPU silicon program. Close the hardest multi-functional failures. Resolve Vmin and binning escapes, performance shortfalls, and power anomalies by driving root-cause across design, methodology, DFT, ATE, package, software/firmware, and manufacturing — and own the WARs and productized fixes through to confirmation. Give leadership the clarity to act. Convert raw integration signals — CR fallout, BLT/SLT yield, SHTOL/CHTOL data, RMA trends, customer escalations — into decision-ready options that enable executive leadership to act with confidence on POR, QS/PS gates, a

We at NVIDIA seek an Senior Developer Relations, Automated Synthetic Chemistry Science Lead who can coordinate science streams. This role exists at the crossroads of experimental science, optimization, analytical characterization, AI modeling, laboratory automation, and data infrastructure. It demands a practitioner with a background in research who can lead interdisciplinary science teams and accelerate experimentation without compromising scientific quality. What you'll be doing: Coordinate the operating plan across research priorities, technical execution, and program achievements. Convert research objectives into experimental priorities, parameter-space development, campaign planning, and success criteria. Lead research initiatives encompassing synthetic chemistry, catalysis, process chemistry, machine learning, automated systems, and data processing. Build standardized experimental traces capturing successful and unsuccessful outcomes, metadata, quality-control signals, analytical summaries. Guide AI systems for feasibility assessment, outcome prediction, optimization, scope exploration, and campaign orchestration. Integrate automated experimentation, analytical data streams, data curation, model retraining, and campaign decisions into a closed-loop operating model. Establish science-stream governance: build reviews, decision logs, risk and dependency tracking, quality thresholds, and paths for addressing blocking issues. Prepare recurring workstream readouts for program leadership, including scientific progress, critical decisions, cross-team dependencies, resource needs, and unresolved risks. What we need to see: PhD (or equivalent experience) with 10+ years of hands-on experience in experimental science, chemical engineering, material science, robotics, a
NVIDIA is seeking a Senior System Architect: Heterogeneous EDA Systems to solve a complex challenge in accelerated computing: Failure Attribution at Scale. As EDA or equivalent experience workloads scale across thousands of heterogeneous nodes, a single failure can cause massive resource waste. We need an engineer to develop and build an automated framework. This framework will ingest telemetry from CPU and GPU clusters to identify the root cause of job failures in real-time. It will distinguish between hardware faults, infrastructure instability, and software defects. What you'll be doing: Architect Failure Attribution Frameworks: Build a scalable "flight recorder" for EDA jobs that captures high-fidelity state across the CPU, GPU, and Fabric at the moment of failure. Build automated diagnostics that correlate GPU XID errors, PCIe bus failures, and CUDA memory exceptions. Connect these errors with system-level events such as OOM kills or NUMA-related hangs. Distributed Logging & Tracing: Implement low-overhead tracing mechanisms (using tracing tools or custom agents) that provide access to job execution across multi-node Slurm or Kubernetes clusters. Root Cause Automation: Develop heuristics and models based on machine learning to classify failures as "Hardware Fault," "Software Bug," or "Environment Issue." This reduces the Mean Time to Identify (MTTI) for R&D teams. Resiliency Engineering: Work closely with hardware and infrastructure teams to define "signals of impending failure," enabling proactive job migration or check-pointing before a crash occurs. What we need to see: Distributed Systems Mastery: BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience) with 6+ years in systems programming. About Ramp Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books. The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving. We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome. The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same. If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it. About the Role At Ramp, people are the single biggest lever on our trajectory, and the bar for who joins this team gets higher every quarter, not lower. We're hiring a Recruiter who treats recruiting as a research discipline as much as a relationship one: someone who can map a market, identify the operators who'll outperform their peers, and run a full-cycle process that wins them. You'll own end-to-end hiring across Sales and GTM functions, from first conversation through offer close, and partner with GTM leadership to translate ambitious hiring plans into real teams. The recruiters who do this best at Ramp combine craft on the front end (research, identification, calibration) with execution on the back end (closing, candidate experience, pipeline discipline). We're looking for both. What You'll Do Use AI and research to find top talent. You'll build target lists of high performers at peer and aspirational companies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, Gong signals, internal data, and AI tools like Claude. We expect AI to be part of your dail
