Senior Product Manager - Search Datadog’s Search team helps users – both human and agents – find answers to their questions. Search is a critical function in Datadog, and touches many product surfaces: the query editors in product homepages and dashboards, search bars for finding relevant assets, the global cmd+k navigation search, and the MCP tools that our Bits AI agent uses to respond to natural language prompts. Search is a full-stack team: owning user-facing search components, backend search ranking systems, and machine learning models to produce recommendations. The Search team is relatively new, and still growing. We have recently built out agentic search tools, and we are looking for a leader to help us expand to ambitious orchestration systems that deliver accurate results, and proactive recommendations across both keyword and semantic search. Beyond this, you’ll have room to influence how Datadog thinks about Search as a strategic surface. What you’ll do: Define and deliver how Datadog's AI agents discover the right context and tools to answer natural-language questions accurately and at scale Stay on top of industry trends in UI and agentic search experiences and capabilities Collaborate with Applied AI teams to integrate ranking, personalization, and recommendation models that scale across both human and agentic users Define and monitor KPIs for search quality, adoption, and downstream impact on user productivity; use them to drive data-informed decision making Engage directly with customers and internal product teams to deeply understand search journeys across query editors, global navigation, and natural-language agent interfaces Who you are: You have experience with search, ranking, or recommendation systems You are familiar with or very interested in MCP servers and differences between human and agentic UX You have a sharp eye for design and strong opinions on the micro-interactions — keyboard navigation, autocomplete behavior, loading

Airbnb was born in 2007 when two hosts welcomed three guests to their San Francisco home, and has since grown to over 5 million hosts who have welcomed over 2 billion guest arrivals in almost every country across the globe. Every day, hosts offer unique stays and experiences that make it possible for guests to connect with communities in a more authentic way. The Difference You Will Make: Airbnb is entering a new era—reimagining how fraud, safety, and quality are measured, protected, and elevated across the digital landscape. Reporting to the Director of Advanced Analytics, Fraud & Safety, you will lead a dispersed team of ~8 advanced analysts tasked with turning safety measurement into governed, self-serve decision systems for Policy, Ops, Legal, Product, and Engineering. You will be a pivotal leader safeguarding Airbnb’s global community. You’ll steer a multidisciplinary team that designs, delivers, and scales state-of-the-art analytics for: Safety (physical & digital) Connected-account & circumvention detection Privacy protection & risk management This role isn’t just about reporting what happened; it’s about building the systems that help Airbnb see around corners. You will democratize data access, build always-on scenario simulators for fraud and safety, and turn incident impacts into seamless signals for continuous improvement. Your insights and systems will empower every stakeholder—from legal to operations, policy to product—to make bold, data-driven, and context-aware decisions in real time. A Typical Day: Own end-to-end analytical workflows for platform safety controls: data ingestion, feature engineering, modeling, experimentation, and visualization. About the Team At OpenAI, our User Safety & Risk Operations (USRO) team helps protect our products and users from abuse, fraud, safety risks, and other forms of misuse. We translate real-world user and operational signals into timely decisions, practical interventions, and improvements to our products and systems. This role will take on new, ambiguous, or underdeveloped operational risks and help mature them into scalable capabilities. We work across USRO and partner closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Product Policy, Legal, Safety, Support, and external vendors or partnership stakeholders. About the Role We are seeking a Senior Operations Analyst to take on complex, ambiguous safety and risk problems and turn them into practical operational solutions that can scale. This is a senior individual-contributor role for a versatile operator who is comfortable moving between queues, investigation, analysis, workflow design, hands-on execution, and cross-functional leadership. Depending on team needs, the role may focus on emerging-risk incubation, cloud deployment partnerships, or other new operational areas. You will be expected to move quickly, work hands-on, and create structure without waiting for perfect requirements or a large support team. The work starts with the problem, not a prescribed process. You may investigate unstructured user signals, stand up a lightweight workflow, build an AI-assisted tool, improve an existing operation, or help a new launch become operationally ready. The goal is to produce durable systems that other people can run, not simply complete a series of individual tasks. The portfolio will change with company priorities and may span established harm areas, emerging-risk incubation, cloud deployments and partnerships, device safety, or new product launches. Some hires may focus primarily on cloud deployment operations, including launch readiness, partner coordination, safety workflows, and operational monitoring. You will ty
