Snowflake is seeking a Senior People Partner to serve as the primary strategic advisor to our Finance and Legal leadership organizations, including direct partnerships with the Chief Financial Officer. This is a highly visible, staff-plus role designed for an experienced People Partner who operates with executive presence, strong independent judgment, and the ability to shape people strategy at scale.
