Your role at Baxter BardyDx is Baxter's ambulatory cardiac monitoring business, providing the CAM Patch, a wearable heart monitor that helps physicians diagnose and manage cardiac conditions. This Finance Manager role sits at the intersection of Finance, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Operations, and Accounting and serves as the primary business and analytics partner supporting several of the organization's most critical performance drivers. The position helps leaders make decisions across the patient journey, from enrollment and device deployment through reimbursement, cash collection, and operational productivity. This role is responsible for developing, owning, and continuously improving the reporting, analytics, forecasting, and decision-support tools used by Revenue Cycle Management, Integrated Delivery and Technical Field (IDTF) Operations, and Accounting leadership.
