You will work with engineers, AI and platform teams, administrators, security stakeholders, product leaders, and executive sponsors. This role blends deep technical fluency, instructional design, and customer advisory. You will lead live trainings, workshops, and adoption interventions for audiences ranging from hands-on builders to executive leaders, helping customers understand not just what OpenAI’s products can do, but how to use them effectively in real-world contexts.
