ABOUT THE ROLE Observe, now part of Snowflake, is looking for an Enablement & Go-to-Market Program Manager to build, scale, and continuously improve the programs that enable our Go-to-Market organization to succeed. This is a highly cross-functional program management role focused on designing and operating onboarding and enablement programs—not delivering sales training or coaching. You'll own the operational backbone of our enablement strategy, ensuring every new hire has a consistent, high-quality onboarding experience while driving continuous learning programs that support long-term seller productivity.
