Title and Summary Manager, Supplier Enablement Role Summary The Sr. Manager, Supplier Enablement – Issuer Management & Analytics will lead issuer campaign management and analytics to drive commercial card volume growth and optimize supplier enablement performance. This role is accountable for managing issuer and third-party provider relationships, overseeing supplier enablement campaigns, and leveraging data and analytics to identify growth, optimization, and volume realization opportunities. The role operates at the intersection of issuer management, supplier enablement, campaign execution, and data-driven strategy. ROLE SUMMARY This role is part of the Office of the CEO (OCEO) and specifically supports the Sr. Director, Executive Operations & NYHQ Site Engagement Lead. The role will help design a creative approach to how we engage with NY Headquarters (NYHQ) colleagues. The role will be responsible for executing the site engagement strategy, planning and leading events/activities, writing communications, and other ad hoc projects. This role requires frequent on-site attendance at the NYHQ office, at least 3-days per week, and especially to support our on-site events.
