ROLE SUMMARY This role is part of the Office of the CEO (OCEO) and specifically supports the Sr. Director, Executive Operations & NYHQ Site Engagement Lead. The role will help design a creative approach to how we engage with NY Headquarters (NYHQ) colleagues. The role will be responsible for executing the site engagement strategy, planning and leading events/activities, writing communications, and other ad hoc projects. This role requires frequent on-site attendance at the NYHQ office, at least 3-days per week, and especially to support our on-site events. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES Help develop the annual NYHQ Site Engagement plan to foster a sense of community among colleagues Plan and execute events aligned with the approved strategy to ensure success against defined performance metrics Engage with internal teams and external partners to develop a wide range of creative activities both onsite and offsite Execute communication plan in order to reach colleagues through site-wide communications (email, newsletter, Viva Engage, digital screens) Align plans to budget and monitor actual spend Create purchases orders and process invoices Work collaboratively with operational groups at NYHQ such as Global Workplace Experience, Security, Communications, Colleague Resource Groups Participate in cross-site operations network, actively sharing <span style="color:#0000

About the Role Our advertising business is one of the fastest-growing parts of DoorDash. This role exists to ensure our sellers are equipped with the right materials for key conversations with enterprise advertisers. You will own the sales content portfolio for our ads business and design the system that produces it. You will co-create our annual sales narrative with our platform and product marketing partners, and own translating it into the practical materials the field actually uses to win. That covers the content sellers use in front of advertisers: pitch decks, one-pagers, customer proof, and playbooks, along with the research that informs it and the governance that keeps it up to date. You will also develop content for our external advertiser training materials.
