The Team + The Role Pendo’s Business Systems team keeps the company running smoothly across our global office footprint. The team owns the systems, infrastructure, automations, and day-to-day support that help Pendonauts work securely, efficiently, and at scale. As Pendo grows, this team plays a critical role in finding smarter, more scalable ways to support the business. As a Senior IT Engineer, you will own key IT infrastructure initiatives, lead Okta administration, build automations that reduce manual work, and support the SaaS tools that power Pendo’s operations. This role goes beyond ticket resolution: you will work hands-on across systems, support, automation, A/V, SaaS administration, and infrastructure improvements while partnering closely with teams across the business. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy and help make Pendo’s IT function more reliable, secure, scalable, and forward-looking. This role is based in our Raleigh office. What this looks like day-to-day Okta administration: Own Okta administration as a core focus area, including SSO application implementation, onboarding and offboarding workflows, SCIM provisioning, and account lifecycle management. Build and maintain clean integrations that make access management seamless and scalable. Sr. Data Scientist The team + the role Pendo's GTM Intelligence Team turns data into measurable outcomes across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Engineering. We combine analysis, ML models, and internal tooling to answer high-value business questions and help GTM teams work faster and more effectively. We measure success by the real business value our work creates. As a Senior Data Scientist, you'll own the full lifecycle of intelligence solutions, from problem definition and analysis through model development, stakeholder enablement, and ongoing iteration. You'll work directly with GTM teams to surface high-value business problems and answer them with the right mix of analytics and modeling, translating what you find into decisions that stick. The best person for this role has strong modeling instincts, genuine curiosity about how GTM businesses operate, and the judgment to know when a complex model is the right tool — and when a well-framed SQL query gets you there faster. The Product team builds the tools that help software teams understand how their products are used, where adoption breaks down, and what drives business outcomes. AI features are increasingly central to the analytics roadmap — surfacing intelligent insights, automating pattern detection, and embedding AI-assisted workflows directly into the product experience. This team is embedded in its own customer base, runs continuous discovery, and treats customer outcomes as the primary measure of whether the work is good. This role owns an analytics product area end-to-end: strategy, roadmap, discovery, and delivery across a globally distributed cross-functional team spanning Raleigh, New York, and Pendo's India-based engineering and product teams. Customer outcomes are the starting point for every significant decision. Discovery is continuous, not episodic. Operating across time zones is a practical requirement — the person in this role adapts their working hours to maintain meaningful overlap with India-based teams and builds the async artifacts that let those teams work independently between overlap windows.
