About the Role The Enablement Lead, Government is a specialist role focused on delivering high-impact enablement and adoption services across OpenAI’s product suite. This role is responsible for designing and delivering experiences that support repeatable adoption frameworks, drive sustained activation, expand the breadth and depth of usage, and produce measurable value for government organizations. This role sits at the intersection of enablement, education, adoption, community, content, and customer experience. It blends strong product fluency, instructional design, customer advisory, and a deep understanding of public service. You will lead live workshops, deliver enablement programs, and design adoption interventions for audiences ranging from front-line public servants and technical practitioners to senior government leaders. About the team The AI Deployment Engineering team is responsible for ensuring the safe and effective deployment of Generative AI applications.
