You’ll work alongside designers, engineers, franchise managers, and licensees to bring new play experiences to life across global markets, partnering closely with regional marketing, demand planning, packaging, and sourcing teams. You’ll be the voice of the consumer throughout — using research and competitive analysis to shape strategy and translating data into stories that move the business.
