Responsibilities: Calculate and administer incentive compensation accurately and timely for a global sales organization. Partner with Sales Operations to process compensation credit adjustments, retroactive changes, and related inquiries. Analyze and resolve commission questions while providing reporting and ad hoc analytical support. Streamline, automate, and continuously improve end-to-end sales compensation processes. Partner with Sales Operations to maintain and deploy annual compensation plans across global markets. Develop and maintain process documentation while supporting strong internal controls and compliance. Collaborate with internal and external auditors to support control evaluations and audit procedures. Build strong working relationships with Sales, Finance, Accounting, IT, and HR teams while providing responsive support to internal customers. Internal Responsibilities: Attend regular internal practice community meetings. Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership. Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material). Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice.
