TaylorMade Golf is looking for a Senior Manager of Facilities who leads from the front. This role owns HQ facilities planning, maintenance, engineering, and regulatory operations at our Carlsbad headquarters, working across three fronts: building and leading a high-performing Facilities and General Services team, running point as project manager on construction and infrastructure work, and serving as a trusted partner to business leaders across the company. Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities: People Leadership — Lead and develop the Facilities and General Services team, including performance management, coaching, and succession planning.
