To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don’t just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. In this role, you will: Lead, coach, and grow the SUT team while creating a high-energy, cohesive environment with strong planning, ownership, and career development. Own the roadmap and execution for SUT rollout across development environments, CI and AI workflows. Drive measurable improvements in startup reliability, latency, and cost, using clear SLOs, dashboards, and operational metrics to guide decisions and raise the bar on execution.
