You will be responsible for defining and advancing Stripe's motion language across event experiences, digital surfaces, and mainstage scenic and creative content. You work at the intersection of design systems and cinematic storytelling, creating motion frameworks that scale while still feeling intentional and human. The ideal candidate is technically fluent, conceptually strong, crisply articulates motion decisions, and collaborates seamlessly with creative directors, producers, marketers, and engineering partners.
