Job Description Summary Topgolf is more than a venue business — we’re a technology-driven sports and entertainment platform. Toptracer, our tracking technology, powers ranges at hundreds of golf courses around the world, and our 100+ venues combine tech-enabled games, a strong food and beverage program, and large-scale event space, all in service of getting more people playing. We’re a large, multi-unit business backed by private equity, with significant growth ahead. Topgolf has invested in strong core financial platforms and infrastructure. The opportunity now is to unlock more of that investment — simplifying how work gets done, integrating our systems more deeply and building an accounting organization that is scalable, technology-enabled and increasingly focused on insight rather than transaction processing. We’re looking for an exceptional accounting leader to help make that happen. The Vice President, Accounting is Topgolf’s senior accounting executive, reporting to the Chief Financial Officer and leading a global organization of over 50 team members across financial reporting and technical accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, venue accounting and international operations, including venues in the UK and Toptracer. This is a role for someone who wants to design and run that organization, not simply operate the close — while continuing to deliver excellent accounting and controls. Enterprise Accounting Leadership Own the design and effectiveness of Topgolf’s accounting operating model — structure, process ownership, service delivery, systems, offshore resources and performance management. Maintain the integrity, accuracy and completeness of financial statements, and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, company policy, statutory requirements and internal controls. Oversee the monthly, quarterly and annual close and consolidation pro

Bay Yield & Occupancy Optimization The foundation of this role is treating each bay as what it is: perishable, time-limited inventory. This leader will own RevPAB as the enterprise performance standard — building the reporting, forecasting, and incentive structures that hold venues accountable to yield performance. Own Revenue Per Available Bay Hour (RevPAB) as the primary enterprise performance metric and build the organizational discipline around it Establish occupancy targets by venue, daypart, day of week, and season — and create visibility into performance against those targets Develop booking controls, minimum duration rules, and real-time availability tools to minimize empty bay-hours during peak demand Build waitlist and cancellation management capabilities to recover revenue from late cancellations and no-shows Set Average Daily Rate (ADR) benchmarks and yield performance standards across the portfolio Dynamic Pricing Engine Topgolf has the opportunity to move from static national pricing to a true dynamic pricing model — one that adjusts bay rates in response to real-time demand signals the way leading hotel and airline systems do. This is the most consequential technical build this role will lead. Lead the design, procurement, and implementation of a Revenue Management System (RMS) suited to Topgolf's bay-inventory model Build pricing logic that responds to booking pace, current occupancy, historical patterns, booking window, and local market conditions Develop differentiated rate curves by day of week and daypart that reflect actual guest willingness to pay Partner with Technology and Data to automate pricing recommendations and reduce manual intervention over time Establish a testing and optimization framework for pricing changes — moving from intuition-based to data-driven pricing decisions
ABOUT TOPGOLF Topgolf is a sports entertainment company that has changed how millions of people experience golf, and a genuinely energizing place to build a career. Every year, guests visit our venues for an experience that’s hard to find anywhere else: hitting golf balls toward a target-lined outfield, tracking every shot in real time, enjoying great food and drinks, and connecting with friends, family, and coworkers. With more than 100 venues worldwide and proprietary Toptracer technology integrated into our guest experience and licensed globally, Topgolf operates at the intersection of entertainment, technology, and hospitality. We are a growing, dynamic business with meaningful opportunities to innovate, scale, and continuously improve how we support our teams and our guests. WHAT WE’RE SEEKING This is a role for a hands-on leader who wants ownership of a function, not just oversight of one: someone who can take a clear technical position, modernize a reporting process, and continue to develop an already strong team. Just as important: someone who wants our financials to give the CFO and business leaders real insight into what’s driving performance, so they can make faster, better decisions. THE ROLE This role owns the accuracy and integrity of Topgolf’s financial reporting, serves as the company’s primary technical accounting resource, and helps modernize the systems and processes behind our numbers. It reports directly to the CFO and works closely with the Controller, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Legal, IT, Internal Audit, external auditors, and our private equity sponsor. WHAT YOU WILL DO Financial Reporting & Consolidation Own preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements under U.S. GAAP, including consolidation across legal entities, business units, and international op
The Engineering Manager, Memberships leads the team responsible for building and operating Topgolf’s Memberships systems, from guest-facing membership experiences through the backend services that power them. This role owns the people, process, and delivery of the Memberships engineering team, while staying technically credible across a full stack built on Go, Vue.js, and PostgreSQL. Requirements Lead, grow, and manage a team of full-stack engineers building Memberships systems, including hiring, performance management, career development, and mentorship Set clear goals and expectations for the team, run effective 1:1s, and build a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement Balance workload and staffing across Memberships initiatives, escalating resourcing gaps and continuity risks early Guide architecture and design decisions across Memberships systems, drawing on full-stack experience spanning Go, Vue.js, PostgreSQL, and API design Set engineering standards and best practices for code quality, testing, and release processes, and stay close to the codebase through code reviews and hands-on problem solving on critical issues Own delivery of the Memberships roadmap end to end, from technical planning through implementation, QA, release, and post-launch monitoring, ensuring systems are observable, testable, secure, and built to scale with guest demand Partner with product, design, QA, and platform engineering to translate guest needs and business priorities into a clear, prioritized Memberships roadmap Represent the Memberships team in cross-functional planning and architecture discussions, communicating progress, risks, and tradeoffs to engineering leadership and business stakeholders Critical Skills Strong architectural judgment and the ability to balance technical debt, delivery speed, and long-term maintainability <
The Manager, Business Intelligence leads a team of product owners and reporting engineers who build and maintain the reporting our corporate business areas and venues run on. You set the standard for how data is modeled, defined, and delivered in Amazon Quick Suite (Quick Sight) on top of Redshift and Snowflake, and you connect two halves of the team: the product owners who own the relationship with the business and the backlog, and the engineers who build against it. Success is measured less by dashboards shipped and more by decisions improved — how fast a venue GM or a corporate leader gets a reliable answer, and how much they trust it. Team leadership Lead, coach, and develop a team of BI product owners and reporting engineers; own hiring, onboarding, performance, and career growth across two distinct skill tracks. Develop product owners in requirements gathering, backlog management, stakeholder communication, acceptance criteria, and saying no well. Develop reporting engineers in SQL, data modeling, Quick Suite development, and engineering craft. Hold the line between the two: ensure requirements arrive well-defined and that engineers aren't absorbing unscoped work mid-sprint. Run the team's delivery cadence — intake, prioritization, sprint or release planning, and demo/review — balancing executive asks against roadmap commitments and technical debt. Establish and enforce team standards for SQL, data modeling, version control, code review, testing, documentation, and dashboard design consistency. Product management of the reporting portfolio Own the BI product roadmap across corporate functions and venue operations; make the trade-off calls when demand exceeds capacity. Ensure each business area — Finance, Operations, Marketing, F&B, Guest Experience — has a clear product owner relationship and a visible backlog.<
