We move quickly, solve messy problems, and care deeply about reliability at scale. We’re hiring a Manufacturing Reliability Engineer to own production test for our robots at our contract manufacturer: you’ll design and run robust end-to-end test protocols, provision fleets of robots for production, and own the KPIs that define production quality. Provisioning of bots. Design and operate provisioning flows (imaging, firmware deployment, configuration, validation) and the tooling/fixtures needed to provision and handoff robots for production. KPIs and continuous improvement. Own key production metrics — First Pass Yield (FPY), cycle time, and test coverage — and drive continuous improvements to meet throughput and quality targets. Test automation & infrastructure. Architect, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks, harnesses, and test rigs used at the CM site. Ensure tests are stable, fast, and provide actionable failure data. Cross-functional escalation & RCA. Lead root-cause analysis for field and production failures; coordinate corrective actions with design, firmware, and CM engineering to close quality loops. On-site production leadership. What we're building Mutiny is the self-improving AI infrastructure for GTM teams to execute faster and close more revenue. Our ambition is to do for revenue velocity what Cursor and Claude Code did for engineering velocity. With Mutiny, everyone in sales and marketing gets a bench of GTM athletes that handle any work across their revenue motion and learn from what's actually moved their deals. In April we re-launched the product as an agent-first platform. Anthropic showcased us as a leader in AI GTM. MRR is growing more than 70% month-over-month, with customers like Uber, Rippling, and Snowflake. We're backed by Sequoia, YC, and Insight, and we're building a generational company. The Opportunity Most brands hire creators to make content. We're hiring one to define how Mutiny shows up in the world. As our social media creator, you'll own the brand voice across every channel, build the AI workflows that let you move at the speed of culture, and place the bets other B2B brands are too scared to take. You'll partner with the founders to turn a fast-growing AI company into one people actually want to follow. What You'll Own The numbers. Brand awareness, impressions, and sign-ups from the social channels you own. The creative bar. Be the person whose work everyone secretly screenshots. Turn raw ideas from founders, product, and customers into content with a point of view so strong it travels on its own. Our social presence. Own how Mutiny shows up across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and TikTok. Grow what's working, launch what isn't there yet. The AI workflow. Build agent pipelines that turn one podcast into a week of content. Train voice models so drafts sound like us. Run evals so the stack gets sharper every week. Brand campaigns. Read the room, read the data, then make the call. Place the swings other brands are too scared to take, and know exactly why they worked when they do. Product marketing media. Content that helps people understand what we do and how our product work

About the team Models are becoming increasingly capable—moving from tools that assist humans to agents that can plan, execute, and adapt in the real world. Mitigating the frontier risks resulting from these capabilities is paramount to OpenAI’s ability to continue deploying models safely. The Preparedness team is dedicated to addressing these critical risks. Our work includes: Measurement. Monitoring and predicting the evolving capabilities of frontier AI systems. Mitigation. Keeping misalignment safeguards, alignment tools, and on track to adequately address extreme threats that might arise in the future. Coordination. Setting mitigation targets by maintaining OpenAI’s preparedness framework , and partnering with other staff to achieve these targets. This is urgent, fast-paced work that has far-reaching implications for the company and for society. About the role Preparedness is hiring strong technical executors to support preparations for accelerated AI development, which may culminate in recursive self-improvement. This work relies on anticipating misalignment risks that might exist in the future, but might not exist now; so it’s especially important that people in this role are tasteful and strategic. The role is wide-ranging, covering any mitigation for loss of control risk, spanning the design and implementation of better pre-deployment risk-assessment , control measures , RSI-relevant training interventions, and turning one’s technical work into established institutional practices and external-facing communications. Below is a subset of our focus areas: Scalable oversight: Establishing practices for model misbehavior monitoring and oversight which remain effective in superhuman model capability regimes, with a focus on bridging from today’s monitoring approaches to future-proof ones. Automated auditing: As model capabilities increase, we’ll increasingly rely on automated approaches for finding the most severe forms of model misalignments. We’ll both need to s
At Linear, we're building the product development system for teams and agents. AI is fundamentally changing how software gets built, and we’re shaping the tools this new era requires. Founded in 2019, Linear has become the platform of choice for more than 40,000 companies (including OpenAI, Coinbase, and Ramp) to plan, build, and ship their products. Today, our team is distributed across North America, Europe, and Australia, and we’re continuing to grow internationally. What unites us is relentless focus, fast execution, and a deep care for software craftsmanship. Quality is our competitive advantage. Every member of our fully remote team is a maker at heart, caring deeply about the quality and feel of our work. While the industry optimizes for speed and metrics alone, we believe that craft and quality have lasting value. Quality creates gravity — it pulls people toward our team and product rather than requiring us to push. This philosophy drives everything we do, from product decisions to hiring choices. For this role, we expect robust design skills, sharp product thinking, and the ability to engage in technical discussions. We work in small, autonomous project teams, where engineers are paired tightly with designers to explore ideas, build prototypes, deploy internal builds, and ultimately ship to customers. You will be a key element of projects from beginning to end. Location & work mode Linear is a remote-first company, with optional co-working offices in San Francisco, New York, and London. This role is open to candidates based in North America. You can work from anywhere within this region. We value deep focus and async collaboration, with intentional moments to connect in person through team off-sites, optional co-working, and occasional travel. What you'll do Pair closely with engineering and product to initiate and complete roadmap projects, no hand-offs Spot opportunities to redesign or refine key screens and flows, as well as smaller quality issues an

You will support Finance executive driving GTM financial planning, forecasting, and business operations. We default to being in the office at least three days a week. Please note: candidates may only apply to one Executive Assistant role at this time. The Silicon Co-Design Group (SCG) sits at the crossroads of architecture, design, marketing, operations, and productization. Our work spans early architecture through final product delivery across Datacenter, Gaming, Robotics, Automotive, and Embedded markets. We work closely across functions to deliver chips that change what is possible. NVIDIA’s Silicon Co-Design Group is hiring a Chip Lead to serve as the technical lead for one of our most consequential silicon programs! This is not project management, and it is not a senior IC role. You are the person the program partners with on its hardest technical questions — when the right answer is not obvious, and when leadership needs a single technical perspective to align on direction. You are accountable for the technical integrity of the chip end-to-end. You guide co-design feature integration, help resolve the toughest multi-functional bugs, and serve as the project-specific custodian of the qualification playbook. The program runs cleaner because you are on it! What you’ll be doing: You will partner across design, validation, software, and manufacturing to keep the program’s technical narrative clear and on track. Day to day, you will: Serve as the single technical point of contact for multi-functional decisions, issues, and trade-offs. Co-lead program-level feature integration from chip to system, surfacing inter-function dependencies and guiding them to resolution. Help resolve the program’s hardest multi-functional bugs by translating ambiguous, multi-team symptoms into root-cause closure on areas such as HBM, power and thermal, high-speed I/O, and packaging. Steward the qualification playbook. When the playbook does not fit a situation, guide the mitigations and capture the lessons as reusable methodology for other SSG programs. Shape the program’s technical narrative by surfacing key risks, trade
